Your P.O.V
It was Saturday, so I always slept in later than usual. This time I couldn't because there were big moving trucks outside. Why did the new neighbors have to move in on my lazy day. "Avena!" I heard my mum shout from downstairs. I threw my covers onto the floor and went downstairs.
"What?!" I said as I tried to fix my hair. "Go and help the new neighbors with their things." She said as she cooked my breakfast. I went upstairs and got dressed. I came back downstairs, grabbed some toast and went outside.
As I walked to the neighbors moving truck to help move some stuff inside, I bumped into someone whose face was covered by a box. "Oh, I'm so sorry." I said as I helped the boy pick up the box. He smiled at me and I saw his dimples. I blushed a little.
Lay's P.O.V
The girl helped me up and then carried some of the boxes. I appreciated her help. "I'm Avena." She said with a smile. Her smile was beautiful. "I'm Yixing... But you can call me Lay." I replied back. She smiled at me and we both walked into my house together.
When we had finished unpacking all my things, we sat in my bed and started talking. Turns out we have a lot in common. "Avena... I know we just met. But do you want to go out with me?" Her eyes lit up as she hugged me, "Yes, sure." Just then my mum called up and said Avena had to go home. She kissed my cheeks and left my room with a smile. I looked out my window and watched her walk into her house.
