The male asked, tilting his head to the side as a question mark appeared beside him, making the demon chukled
"Nevermind, forget about it"
He hesitantly let go of the kinoe's hand, not wanting the warmth of his hand to dissapear so quickly
"hm alright!"
(M/n) beamed, nodding his head as he gave him a closed eyed smile, making him also gave a warm smile back
"We should head back, it's getting quite col- WHAAA-"

The kinoe fell right in the river infront of him, not seen because of the dark due to the moon now slightlly covering up by the clouds
Akaza felt conflicted, sould he save him?? He's a demon slayer he can handle himself, but it's been a few minutes! Should he call it yolo and dive in?

The kinoe said, his palms on the side of his face, calling the demon to invite him in the river together
