I look around me,
And all I see, are
people playing happy families.
They laugh, they smirk, they smile
at the things your expected to smile at.
I look around me,
And all I see, are
the faces of a million merry children,
Giggling in the face of their parents antics,
But, I'm walking around,
Looking ay the thousands of scenes
in play around me,
And I'm thinking,
I wish you could have put up,
More of a fight for me.
I wish you could have provided me,
with more of a story than you did;
But you couldn't do that, could you?
Because,
You never looked around you,
And you didn't see,
People playing happy families.
