Afraid of what lies in the mirror.

Tears in eyes make nothing clearer,

But all I see is jiggle and fat.

It's the way I am, but I wont have that.

The bathroom is my holy place.

As food pours out of my face,

The mirror displays my growing progress.

My clothes constantly become useless.

The pain in my stomach bothers me no more.

Replaced by beauty it emanates from my core.

Bones jut out. Skin sinks in.

A war against food? I'm going to win.

My effort is now at its peak.

My body is tired, aching, and weak,

but looks of pity no longer bother me.

I can finally be pretty.
