Chapter- 9 The Mission

(Y/n) Pov
After Silco left the room, Jinx entered. She looked pissed. "..Jinx?" I asked using a worried tone.

The bluette immediately turned to face me. Her face holding all kinds of emotions. "(Y/n)!.. You're finally awake." Jinx stated kind of shocked "..Slico said you wouldn't wake up until another hour.".

I slowly nodded while staring blankly at the shorter girl "Uh... You agreed with Silco?." Slowly Jinx made her way by my side she had her head tilted in confusion.

"About the Shimmer?... No." She muttered with a small smile "But we made a deal." Jinx sat next to me, her legs hanging off the table.

"Oh." I quietly muttered.

Jinx turned her head to the side facing my direction. She had a small smirk plastered onto her lips "Your eyes aren't (E/C) anymore. They're purple, with a tint of pink." Jinx's smirk slowly Faded into a frown "...I'll never get use to them being purple. I've always liked your (E/C) eyes.".

I felt my cheeks heat up with embarrassment, and nervousment.

The rooms was filled with uncomfortable silence, I didn't like it "So we better get goin' on the mission!" Without warning Jinx Gripped my wrist and ran out of the room, dragging me wherever she was going.

Jinx brought me in her 'Hideout'. It was pretty cool to be honest, the weird symbols, spray painted words. Even the weird ass human sized dolls that look like Mylo and Clagger. She seemed pretty excited.

"..So what's the mission?" I asked while staring at the dolls.

Jinx immediately walked towards me, she slightly swayed her hips "Well Silco thinks we're going to do what he wants us to do but, nah we're going to do what I WANT to do." The shorter girl stood in front of me, she had a big grin "And I say we cause... Chaos!".

Jinx walked past me and towards her small work shop, I followed behind seeing as she pulled out some bombs. "..With those?" Jinx gave me a small smile before nodding "Cool!".

She left the bombs on the desk, and walked towards a chest. I watched while Jinx grabbed a gun, and some clothing wear from the wooden chest.

"Here." Jinx slowly made her way back towards the desk, handing me the gun and clothes "Silco gave me these, and said they'll be yours.".

I hesitantly took the items from Jinx hands "..Um, Thanks?" I muttered a bit unsure.

"Whatever just get changed." Was what I got in response "I won't look.".

I slowly nodded before walking a couple feet away from Jinx making sure she wouldn't see me get dressed.

Quickly I took my tight ass pants off, they were very uncomfortable they had an ugly pattern of golden stripes. I grabbed the pants that Jinx gave me they were a dark Maroon color. Immediately I slipped one of my legs through and did the same to the other leg finally I pulled the pants up to my waist. Now these, these were perfectly bagged and comfortable.

"..How'd you get out of jail?" Jinx suddenly asked while turning around "I know you didn't break out.".

I looked down at my hands before looking up at Jinx "..A Enforcer?".

"You said that you we-"

I immediately cut Jinx off "I am NOT working for anyone!.. I promise. Just this Enforcer came by my cell asking all kinds of questions, she was really annoying." I explained "...She was asking questions about You so I told her everything I knew, which was mostly about your monkey bombs!.. She than brought me out of jail. Jinx the only reason I agreed was because I wanted to see you again, shit it's been five four years?... Than I ran from her.".

Jinx gave me a small smile "..Okay." She replied a bit unsure.

I let out an airy sigh, before taking my shirt off "Hey Jinx!... I never got to ask but why do you have dolls of Mylo and Clagger?".

Jinx looked up from her bomb, that she was examining. Her eyes slowly trailed up and down my torso a light shade of pink crept onto her cheeks "..Uh! They're kinda... The voices in my head.".

I let out a small "Oh." Before slipping on the button up and the Maroon vest. Immediately I attached the gun to my belt. "I feel... Like an idiot.". I muttered.

Jinx stood up holding some bombs "..Nah you look like a Dork..." Jinx playfully replied "A cute Dork.".

I brought my face into the palms of my hands hiding the noticeable blush on my cheeks.

"Let's GO and get this mission over with!" Jinx yelled while running out of her so called Hideout.

I immediately followed slightly falling as I did.

"THESE DAMN SHOES!"

"..DONT FALL OFF THE EDGE AND STOP YELLING (Y/N)!"

"THAN DONT YELL BACK!"

"I WILL YELL BACK WHENEVER I WANT!"
