So in The Seventh Heir Ryeon and Natsuo were assigned by Marshal to find and arrest a criminal in Delphinia City called 'The Chaos Demon'. They did and found out that he's actually a 12 year old boy named Moon Williams who has a regalia. The regalia of lost goddess of magic,the stars,and harmony Morgana. Ryeon and Natsuo welcomed Moon into their home. Moon was happy to have a home of his own after having to live with shitty parents before he died. Moon then meets Morgana's evil twin brother Scarm god of chaos. Scarm telepathically communicated with Moon before casting a spell to begin to take over Moon's mind and body. After like 2 days and a stab to Marshal's leg Scarm completely took Moon over. So yeah that's what happened in a nutshell.
