Sun's POV: It's a regular day in the daycare. My Moony is greeting parents and children at the door. Then a small group of teenagers walk in. I can tell Moony is trying to get them to leave, but the biggest boy picks him up and brings him to a secluded corner in the daycare. I start to run over but stop when I hear a loud THUD against the wall. My heart picks up speed as I continue running. I get to the corner and freeze. I see the teens hitting and kicking my beloved Moon. I can only watch as my Moony cries and takes the abuse. I regain movement and begin to run to the teens. The one who picked up Moony grabs a pocket knife and stabs him. An agonizing scream fills the daycare. Tears stream down my face as heart-wrenching sobs fill my ears.  'Come on Sunny move!' I think to myself. But I just stand. Wide-eyed and paralyzed. I watch as the teens slice open his arms and legs. I am able to move enough to grab my phone, call security and then 911. Security comes and takes care of the teens. When they are gone I collapse next to my Moony. "I'm so so sorry Moony!" I sob into his bloodied shirt. "It's *cough* fine Starshine..." He whispered, resting his head on my hair. "No it's not! I could have done something!" I choke out. "You were scared *cough* I should have fought back.." Moon mutters. "You couldn't have done anything with that big guy around though!" I yell. Moon chuckles. "I could take him." He states confidently. "Moon, love, you are 5'6 and weigh like 122 lbs, that guy could fold you like a lawn chair." I giggle. Silence. "Moon?" More silence. "Moon!" I scream. The paramedics take my Moony away. "Moony!" I cry into the empty daycare. "SHIT!" I scream. I fall to my knees. "I'm so so so sorry sunshine." I whisper. I hug my knees longing to be hugging Moon. "I'm so sorry love..."
