Speed: Crystal!

Speed made it home as Crystal was in their old home finishing saying goodbye to the house.

Speed: Come on, let's just go already.

Crystal: Can't you just give me another few more minutes? Why don't you take everyone there first?

Speed: I already took them there a few hours ago. I just got back here.

Crystal: Then why didn't you stay there?

Speed: Well, I can't just leave you here. What if you get lost?

Crystal: Come on, I'm only a few hours younger than you.

Speed: Okay... But I'll be waiting outside. Just tell me whenever you wanna go.

He stepped out of the house and stood on a path. He looked around.

Speed: I guess things did change a lot. There're even paths here unlike before-

???: Get out of the way!

He turned confused and suddenly got hit by a Glaceon, causing them to fall down

Lazuli: Ouch...

She looked at Speedy.

Lazuli: S-Sorry, I'm in a- Speedy!?

Speed: I knew that shout sounded familiar...

She got off him

Lazuli: I'm so sorry!

Speed: *Chuckles* It's okay. I'm used to it now. Not the first time you ran into me, and it won't be the last.

Lazuli smiled and giggled

Lazuli: I guess you're right.

Speed: But why are you here Li? I thought you were at the house?

Lazuli: I left something at our last home, so ran back to get it.

Speed: Right… That's the thing when you sleep in thanks to a date under the stars, you don't have enough time to double check everything in the morning.

Lazuli: Right. Well, while we're still at the old house, let's take you inside so you can heal up.

Speed: Alright

They both head back to the house

Lazuli: Oh yeah, and Speed?

Speed: Yeah?

Lazuli: Last night was perfect. Thank you.

Speed: *Smiled* Anything for you.

They smiled

Later...

They arrived at the house as Speed had bandages around his face.

Speed: We're here.

Lazuli: About time.

Crystal: Here? No way! This is way bigger than ours!

Speed knocked on the door.

Speed: Hello Espeon? Are you there?

A eevee opened the door

Speed: Huh? 

Lazuli: Lapis?

She jumped to them

Lapis: Mommy, Daddy!

The duo barely had enough time to catch the eevee as they fell over, but the happy family laughed
