Dawn's P.O.V

I am preparing for this special mission that the coven gave me. Honestly, I don't really care about what they ask me to do like... what the hell I'm stronger than they're  all combine.

But I need to take a break and go  somewhere fun for a year or two. Just Forget about this stupid leadership and go wild.

Some human might say YOLO but who cares I've lived for centuries and I gotta live more.

*6 hours or so I've finally arrived at the infamous city of diamonds.

Running for 6 hours, fresh air in my lungs, made me feel more alive.

Suddenly I felt something that I've never felt for centuries. My heart is ....Beating? b - but how?

I heard faint footsteps and I immediately grabbed my dagger and held it against my followers throat .

" w-wait"  He held his hands above his head and reached for the cloak that's been covering his face. I held my breath when I saw his face. ..

"Stop following me or die." I demanded.

" as much as I want to die unfortunately I can't ."

I laughed bitterly and said," hmm. .. An Immortal. So what brings you here, huh?"

"I was heading to.." He pointed at my south, "Mere."

"Lovely. I guess we're heading the same way."He tried to talk but I held a finger up,"This has been a good conversation and so but I gotta keep going. The stupid Prince of Mere needs "I pointed at myself, "me. "

He suddenly stifled a laugh which made me more angry. "Funny huh? see you immortal , maybe next time you won't be laughing." I said and run off.
