I was on my way to Caley's to talk about what-his-face and an interview that she conned me into doing tonight. I really don't know why I agreed, maybe to get her to stop bugging me about it?

It was a project for our journalism class. We partnered and she got sick so I have to fill her spot. Wonderful. The guy actually had to be go to our school. In our grade too.

Our teacher still wasn't over the fact that he was a celebrity at 18 years of age.

She was waiting outside when I drove up. I cringed at the next few words she spoke.

"So...are you ready to talk to Jeremy?!"

"No," I said unenthusiastically, glaring at her. A look of hurt flashed acrossed her face, making me feel guilty. "I just don't know him," I sighed.

"Sarah, you don't have to talk to him if you don't want to, I can go myself," she said, looking defeated.

"No, you're sick. Just go inside before you catch a cold along with your bronchitis." She looked awful, she does too much when she's sick. "Who knows, I might become rich and famous myself."

We walked inside her cluttered apartment. She flopped onto her couch with a sickening oomph. I winced as she half couphed, half laughed at my expression.

"Don't look at me like that!" She managed to get out between laughs and coughs.

"Your energy just baffles me," I said going and sitting beside her. Before I could get another sentence out, she attacked me with question after question about what I would say.

"I think you should say something about his personal life away from fame. Like " what do you do in your free time, " or "is there anyone special you're seeing."

"Like it's anyone's business who or what he does!" I don't even want to talk to the jerk. He's arrogant and convinced he's above everyone else. I only did this to make her stop asking me to go because she was sick.

"Those are things people like to read about!" She glared at me. She then got this look on her face like she won the lottery. "You could ask him if he likes being in this podunk town!" I cringed.

"Okay. Anything else?"

"Nope. I'm done with you!" She said pushing me out the door. "Go before he thinks I stood him up! And don't forget to tape it all!"

Could I say I did and 'accidentally erase it? Would she be able to tell?

I pulled up into his drive way gawking at his house, er mansion. He stood there in a daze while taping his foot impatiently.

I sighed, grabbed my folder and tape recorder, and stepped out of my red slug bug. I walked towards him and he snapped out of it and frowned. What, do I look like a hobo or something?

"Where's that other girl? She said she'd interview me," he says rudely. "I only agreed because she was interesting."

So I'm boring? I'll have to tell that to Caley.

"Sorry to disappoint you, princess," I said as I glared at him.

"Let's just get this over with," he grumbled, as it started raining.

I gestured to him to lead the way and he looked at me like I was disgusting. Do people wait on his approval or something?

He led me into a room with a desk and a small bookshelf with books that look like they haven't been touched in years.

I quickly set up my things so he wouldn't get impatient. I looked up as I felt a pair of eyes on me.

"What?" I asked dumbfounded.
