I reach the house and hear guys yelling and laughing so I knock.
"I'll get it!" I hear someone yell as I hear them run over to the door.
"Hey." The guy smirks as I smile.
The guy is really cute, long black hair with lip piercings, a lot of nice tattoos.
"Is Chris here?" I ask as he nods.
"Chris a cute girl's here to see you." The guy smiles at me as I blush.
"I'm Ricky, by the way." Ricky smiles as I nod.
"I'm-" I get cut off by another guy's voice.
"Maracleen?" The guy asks making me look at him.
He's tall, has lots of tattoos, black hair, and three lip piercings.
"Chris?" I ask as he nods excitedly.
"I haven't seen you since you were two years old." Chris smiles as he hugs me and I hug him back.
His hugs are familiar and make me feel safe.
"Let's get you in here. We'll go to my room to talk." Chris smiles as he brings me in and closes the door behind me.
Ricky takes my bag as Chris brings me upstairs and the other guys there stare at me.
"So, Mom and Dad finally told you about me?" Chris asks with a smile as we sit on his bed.
"Yeah, but we need to talk about Mom and Dad." I say making Chris get serious.
"What happened?" Chris asks a bit worried.
"Mom and Dad got in a car accident and they didn't make it." I say softly as my eyes start to water and Chris looks at the bed.
"Oh." Chris whispers as I nod.
"Mom told me about you at the hospital before she passed away in her sleep." I sniffle as I start to cry and Chris starts crying.
"Mom used to give me updates on you and everything at the house all the time." Chris smiles a bit as he continues to cry.
"When Mom was telling me about you, she couldn't stop smiling and told me that she really wanted you to come over, but she said she didn't understand why you didn't." I cry making Chris cry harder.
"Fucking foster parents. CPS took me away before you were born because, I guess, I was bad as a kid. Mom and Dad said I wasn't, but my teachers had different opinions. Then when Mom and Dad had you I was so excited to meet you, but I had limited visits because of my "bad behavior". Then after you turned two they stopped my visits completely saying I was "too unstable" to be around a baby. It's all because of my stupid foster parents." Chris explains as we slowly stop crying.
"How come you didn't show after you turned 18?" I ask softly as he sighs.
"It's all complicated. I started the band, then we all moved in together, and the foster parents were still like threatening me." Chris says as we wipe our tears.
"Oh, I'm sorry you had to deal with them." I frown as Chris nods.
"It wasn't your fault, but at least I can see my little sister." Chris smiles, lighting the mood.
"And I get a big brother." I smile as I look at Chris and he grins.
"Oh, so, who does funeral stuff?" Chris asks as I point at me.
"Me and, if you want to help, you too." I say as he nods.
"Yeah, I do. Who's going?" Chris asks as he walks into his bathroom.
