"I ask for extra low-fat form.." a girl said stomping her way to the front of the line, after tasting her order was incorrect. "This is regular form, you imbecile!" She said as she slammed the cup down, slipping the coffee on the clean counter. Crossing her arms. "Remake it!" She said, narrowing her brows. This was everyday. Park Jimin, Kim Taehyung, and Kim Seokjin. Had to deal with pretentious customers talking about how the coffee is too cold, too hot. Not enough form, not enough whip creme. And this is a personal favorite. The cinnamon sprinkles are too close. Yes, all of this loveliness and more is part of the daily grind of Starbucks.
Taehyung only had a few months of this job, he was just working on a summer job to please his parents. Once the fall semester started he would not have to deal with this for long, getting back to his schooling. He mostly started this job to save up for a camera he wanted to get. He was starting a photography class, and he needed a professional camera. Well a process camera meant professional money. So here he is.
The day was coming to a close, it was hitting 7 o' clock. Which meant he didn't have long until closing. But most important he got to see the beautiful delinquent. Jung Hoseok.
Jimin was wiping down the equipment and coffee machines while Seokjin was in the back counting the earnings for today. Taehyung was wiping down the tables and refilling the straws along with the napkins. The doorbell on the door rang out through the store as Taehyung looked up. He came face to face with that heart-shape smile.
Hoseok walked to the counter. Taehyung tried to contain the blush that was slowly spreading to his cheeks as he went behind the counter.
"Ha-hey!" Taehyung said nervously. Hiding his eyes behind his long black locks. Hoseok just smirked. "Hey, I hope I'm not too late?" He asked seeing Jimin wiping the counter of the waiting station. "Of course not. We're just cleaning up. I wouldn't let that happen." Hoseok raised a brow. Ballsy, he thought. Hoseok stared at the younger, causing Taehyung to look away.
"What are you doing tonight?" He asked. Taehyung's confidence drained as his eyes went wide. "I'm- I'm uh... washing my neighbors car's- uh...dogs- car?" Hoseok was confused, and chuckled. Although Jimin was getting the machine ready to take Hoseok's order, he knew about his colleagues crush on the handsome rebel. He couldn't watch him tank this opportunity. He intervene.
"That's okay, Tae. I'll take it from here." He took the clothe for the younger's hand. Taehyung looked at Jimin like really. Jimin gave a smile in return that said. You're welcome, bitch.
Taehyung smiled patting the older on his back as he grabbed his coat and satchel. Hoseok ended up not buying anything. He got just what he wanted. Hoseok led Taehyung out to his bike. Taehyung gawked at the monstrous bike. "Wow, it's so big and rough." Hoseok smiled, his mind went straight to the gutter.
"Just the ride is 10x better. He handed Taehyung his helmet. It was black and green. "Um, Hoseok-hyung." Hoseok interrupted. "You can call me Hoseok when it's just us, bae." Taehyung blushed, his hands shaking due to nerves. Hoseok took Taehyung's helmet as he put it on for him. Taehyung smile. "There, now let's dip." Hoseok got on his motorcycle, Taehyung got on as he was hesitant about putting his arms sound Hoseok's waist.
"Um.. should I-"
"Of course, hold on tight though." He said, and with that being said Taehyung held on tight to Hoseok. The bike roared to life as they peeled out of the parking lot.
Jimin smiled as he watched the bike drive off. Jin walked up next to Jimin. "Did Taehyung leave with Hoseok?" Jimin smiled, "yup." Jin sighed. "It's about time." Jin slung his arm around Jimin's shoulder, Jimin blushed as he nuzzled his head against Jin's neck.
