Two Lost Souls

Chapter Two: Savana

"Samantha what the hell did you buy? We just needed food"

"Well, now this is a bottle of Maxi Bubbles... it's XL!!!"

"What-Why would you...?"

Samantha made a spin and started making bubbles in the small apartment.

"Isn't it cool? It was going to be for the kids...but now I want it!"

Laughing I got close to her and started popping up the bubbles.

"This is ridiculous."

"Well, now we can have a funny joke with the bumble guys, we have bubbles and they have not."

"Hahahahahahha! For-for sure they are going to be impressed."

After some more rounds were Samantha was spinning around and making bubbles, we went to the kitchen to eat.

"Hey, so, breakfast is served."

"Ulala, don't you think you prepared too much? We were supposed to be on a diet..."

"Well, I mean... why not start tomorrow? Let's just enjoy today."

And with that said, I grabbed the croissant.
Today, I specially made an effort for the breakfast, it was Friday. You have to do something special on Fridays.

"So, we have fresh croissants with mermelada, cereals with milk(your favourites, rellenos de chocolate, and in the salty side, we have eggs with bacon and onion. A delicatese for the lady."

Just doing a reverence she took a seat.
"Sooo... how are you? You feeling any better."

Putting down my croissant and with handling on hand I started talking." Actually, I am so much better, I'm over it, don't worry. It's their loss. The colleague I applied didn't really afford me anyway."

"Oh girl, well that's the attitude! . Are you sure you're okay?"

"Yeah, don't worry about me. I will apply to 50 others. What about you? How's work going?"

"Welll..."

"Ding, ding!"

Ohhh Sarah is here. Rushing to the door, I have the blond sweet girl a huge hug.

"Whatcha doing?"

"We were just starting having breakfast!"

"I bought the coffee girls, you don't know how handsome the guy who served me was! He just invited me to have dinner tomorrow evening. Girls, I am officially on fire! What about you?"

"Have a seat, Samantha is in the kitchen."

"What this is so cool! Bublesssss...Samantha you are the best friend I ever had!"

I rolled my eyes while going to the bathroom to get my make up and bring it over to the girls.

"... oh my god, how are you so lucky with guys while I am always end up watching tv every Friday evening, that's so unfair!"

"You don't even try to get yourself out there!" I catch myself saying"-Girls, now, let me introduce you to my new baby, Maybelin Eyelash, the same as Gigi Hadid got and that's why it costed 10 freaking bucks... but hey, I have the money to spend it, am I right?"

"Whatttt, that's so favouritism, I wanna try it!"

Samantha grabbed my little baby and rushed through the bathroom, I knew she would love it.

"So... how are you feeling?"

Sighting I collapsed in my chair"Meh" I started playing with my hands"just disappointed in my self I guess, also I really though I was going to get in. I've been trying already a year and living off my sister I just, I cannot keep going on like this. I know I have this little job, but maybe I am just not good enough for college after all. Many people do fine without it, and if I want to be this strong and successful business woman I have to take risks. I have to put myself out there..." Moving my hands in exasperation I stand up"and that's why I decided to move to Berlin. That's where most startups are and besides, it's the Silicon Valley of Europe. I mean London it's okay but I need to be on my own to prove myself I can do it. Without the support of my sister or family for the matter!"

Looking at her, I waited for her response.

"First of all, your family besides the goodie of your sister doesn't support you." Getting closer to me she started talking again"And second of all, you don't need to go away to prove yourself you're worth it. Give yourself some time to think it over, you can just start doing baby steps like moving to a hotel for a while and then finding your own apartment in the heart of London and not in its SURROUNDINGS. Just remember Berlin might be good,but London it's not bad either."

Scratching my head I started talking"Yeah, maybe I just need to be some time alone.Right now I am just to emotional about it. It's the 30th college that regected me. I am just doubting about my whole life at this moment."

Getting closer and processing to hug me she just said" don't worry, I know you don't give up easily in life!"

"GIRLS!!! Look at my freaking eyebrows! This is Amazing!"

Samantha got so close, we were almost touching noses." Now that's something that doesn't disappoint." Said Sarah.

"Naha. Tonight we are going party, and we are going to be so prepared! I know exactly the place!"

Samantha grabbed us and she got even close making sure we knew this was going to be something important and secret.

"...we're going to Savana!"

Now, that was a plan. Everyone knew Savana was one of the most expensive clubs in London. Hell,no I was not going to pay so much for the same outcome, to get drunk.

"Samantha, I know you think is a good idea. But that club is wayyyy to expensive, I think we should just-"

"Shhhh shhhh... I have a contact to get us in there with a discount. We ARE definitely coming!"

The two girls staring jumping and getting dressed already. It was still hard for me to process that today was the night were I was going to socialise.

This was going to be funny.
