{Chapter 6} I am sorry (Raya and Namaari POV)

Raya POV:
Raya's eyes widen...Namaari is hugging me back! She can't believe it, but since she didn't want to make her feel bad and she's actually enjoying the moment, she starts to hug Namaari a little tighter and let her hand run up and down at Namaari's back.

Namaari POV:
It's a weird but comforting and warm feeling when Raya hugs me tight. Somehow i feel...safe...protected...Namaari thinks quietly to herself. They remain in this position for a while until Namaari breaks away from the hug and Raya smiles softly. But what is that feeling? Namaari notices a strange tingeling and warm feeling in her chest when she looks into raya's eyes after breaking the hug. She has the strong need to tell Raya all her worries and just cry into her shoulder...But Namaari thinks that she just can't tell her or show any weakness. She is the princess of Fang. She shouldn't show fear or weakness...She is as the strongest, bravest and most disciplined warrior woman Kumandra's known and that must not be changed.

But as Raya lays her hand on her shoulder she can't keep it to herself. ,,Raya I'm so sorry I...'' Namaari doesn't have the right words to really apologie for her mistakes though. After a while she composed herself. ,,I know a simple apologie can't make the event's from the past undone...But I don't know how or if I can ever make it up to you or anyone in Kumandra...but i hope you can give me another chance to make everything halfway right again'' Namaari looks at Raya a bit scared, not sure if this confession was really such a good idea.

Raya looks at her in shock at first, but then looks away right at the floor. She feels a mixture of pure anger and fear but also a touch of pity. Does Namaari really think an apologie can make things right?! Raya has the urge to boil over out of anger, but calmed down when she saw the embarrassed look in Namaari's eyes and sighed. ,,Namaari...we both know that you did somthing really bad and that is actually unforgivable...But I do believe in seconde chances and I think you deserve one too. I have a question though...Why did you do that when you regret it so much?'' Namaari looks at her worriedly at first, then closes her eyes, takes a deep breath. ,,It's not entirely my fault...But I'll tell you the truth....what really happened before we arrived at Heart...'' Namaari starts telling the story while Raya looks at her with her eyes wide open from shock.
