Day of the Prom, Lockers:
Beck's POV:
I am walking into the doors of Hollywood Arts thinking about how the prom was tonight, and comtemplating whether or not I should tell Tori.. Suddenly Cat comes up to me.
'Oh, hi Beck!' she says, smiling, 'I heard you cheered up Tori when she was upset..'
'Yeah, I mean that's what friends do!' I say nervously, did I make it to obvious? Did Tori know that I liked her? Oh no, I am starting to sound like Cat.
'BECK!?' she yelled at me, 'WHY AREN'T YOU ANSWERING ME?'
'Oh sorry Cat!' I apologized.
'Were you thinking about Tori?' she smirked.
'What?' I said, 'what.. no.'
'Ohhhh okay!' she laughed, winking weirdly.
'Why are you winking like that?' I ask her.
'Byeeeee!' she laughed and skipped off.
That's when I heard another voice say my name, Tori.
'Hey Beck, I need your help!' Tori said pleadingly, 'Ryan doesn't know that.. I know..'
'So, you want me to tell him?' I ask her.
'No no no! I just.. can.. can you be there with me?' she looked at me, I could tell she really wanted me there.
'Sure!' I say smiling at her, she gives me a small smile back.
We head off in the direction to where Ryan was. Tori started by telling him what she had heard through the vent-
'So, I know.. I know that you use every girl you go out with so.. I'm breaking up with you?' she said bravely.
'What!?' he yells, Tori looked a little scared and I could see why, Ryan was quite.. buff.. he could really hurt her, 'You think you can just break up with me like that!?' He stepped close to her looking angry.
'Back off!' I say standing next to Tori pushing Ryan back, but before I could do anything he punched me in the face.. hard.
'Stop it!' Tori screamed, standing in front of me.
'You know what, I don't care!' Ryan says, 'I'll go find another girl!' and he walks off. Once he was gone Tori turns around to me, 'Oh my god Beck, are you alright?' she asked caringly, I took me hand off my nose.. it hurt like hell.
'Your nose!' she said fearfully, 'It's bleeding!'
10-ish mninutes later
'There you go all cleaned up!' she said happily, after helping me wipe the blood from my face.
'Thank's Tor!' I replied, still feeling the pain in my nose.
'Oh and sorry for Ryan, I didn't mean for you to get hurt!' she apologized.
'It's not your fault, anyway I didn't want him to hurt you!' I answered, she smiled at me.
'Thankyou so much Beck, for EVERYTHING!' Tori said, 'seriously, you have been so nice to me lately, when I have been so.. stupid!'
'Hey! What are friends for?' I reply.
Well, tonight I am going to have HEAPS of fun! Especially because I'm not going to be with Ryan!' she says, getting excited.
'Yes, aaaand you will be hanging out with me! What could possibly be better than that?' I joke.
'You boast to much, Beck Oliver!' she laughs, then looked at the clock on the wall, 'is that the time? I better get to class, so should you! I'll see you tonight!'
'Okay, see you then!' I say and I watch her walk away. See! She is so thoughtful, nice, pretty.. what else could a guy want in a girl?
