Hermione and Ginny Come Home

Chapter 6 - Reunion and Ronald

      When we got to the castle, we split into two groups. Group 1, my group, would go in and find Harry, his wife, their kids, and Ron, who is single and according to Bill, going to try and ask me out. Apparently, Ron thinks I am single and work in a library. He'll definitely be surprised when he finds out I am neither of those things. Group 2  would slip in un-noticed after Group 1 and go catch up with the other Slytherins. 

       At Hogwarts, Ara is under the name Granger, so everyone who has heard of me thinks she is my daughter. However, anytime a kid tries to write a letter to her parents and put her last name in it, it immediately erases the last name. 

      It's time to enter and Ginny and I are scared. Everyone is assuring us that it will be okay, but it doesn't work. We take deep breaths and enter, Ginny and I first with the girls behind me and the boys behind Ginny. We open the doors to the Great Hall with a 'bang' ad everyone turns to look at us. The hall is silent until Harry speaks:             

        "'Mione, Ginny, is that you?" We smile and nod. Then we walk over to him and the other Weasleys. From the corner of my eyes, I see Group 2 slip in un-noticed. Good, so far everything is going according to the plan. But something tells me that everything is not going to go how we plan it to. 

      When we got to Harry and the others, we saw Molly and Arthur there as well. Molly immediately came over to Ginny and I and gave us her famous bone-crushing hugs. 

        "Where have you two been?! We have been worried sick! You left without saying good-bye and haven't been seen in England for 20 years! Right after you finished your last year!" She said. Apparently done with us, she turned to the twins and Bill. "You three knew where they were and didn't tell us?! You could have at least told Ron! You know he has been wanting to ask our dear Hermione out since they finished their eighth year and he finished his training!" She turned to Ron. "Well? Go ahead!" Ron stepped forward. 

        "Hermione Granger, would you go out to lunch with me tomorrow?" Did he not see the children following us? Did he not see that I was pregnant? Oh well, I turn to Ginny, pretending to think for a minute. I tapped my chin pretending to be thoughtful. Then I turned back to Ron, angry. I saw Molly's eyes widen when she realized Ginny and I were pregnant but she didn't step in, which I was thankful for. She knew not to interfere with a pregnant woman's argument. 

         "No Ronald! I don't think I will." I answered. 

         "But Hermione, I love you! Don't you love me?" That made me super angry. I decided that I had had enough with this stupidness. 

         "NO RONALD! I DON'T LOVE YOU! I HAVEN'T SINCE YOU AND HARRY SENT THAT LETTER TO GINNY AND I SAYING THAT YOU GUYS 'WERE TO BUSY TO CONTINUE DATING US'! THAT SAID YOU GUYS  'WERE SORRY'! THAT SAID 'WE WERE OFFICIALLY BROKEN UP'!" By that time, a circle had formed around Ron and I and everyone was watching us. I saw the Weasleys, Zabinis, Notts and Draco and our kids at the front ready to jump in if needed. 

         "NO! YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO SAY YES! WE WOULD'VE GOTTEN MARRIED! YOU WOULD'VE QUIT YOUR JOB AS A LIBRARIAN! YOU WOULD'VE BECOME A STAY AT HOME WIFE LIKE MUM!"

         "YOU TINK I AM A LIBRARIAN?! YOU THINK I'M NOT MARRIED?! I WILL HAVE YOU KNOW THAT I AMNOT A LIBRARIAN AND I AM HAPPILY MARRIED TO THE LOVE OF MY LIFE! I HAVE FIVE CHILDREN WITH FOUR MORE ON THE WAY! I CO-OWN CONSTELLATION FASHION WITH GINNY AND ONE OTHER PERSON! I HAVE A TWIN BROTHER! I HAVE TWO AWESOME SETS OF PARENTS AND AN AMAZING SET OF IN-LAWS! I HAVE AN AWESOME LIFE AND THE BEST FAMILY SOMEONE COULD WISH FOR! SO! I AM OFFICIALLY DECLINING YOUR LUNCH INVITATION!" I yelled. Ron pulled out his wand and yelled:

          "Stupidify!" I dodged and heard Draco yell something from the edge of the circle but didn't register what he had said cause I was pulling out my wand and retaliating, trying not to hurt Ron.
