Fluff ♡
You and Kenma had spent the night out on the balcony yesterday. You two had hung up rainbow christmas lights and made a pallet up there months before. You brought out all of your stuffed animals to make it comfy.
You noticed this morning kenma kept sneezing, every two seconds he would reach for a new tissue to wipe his nose. Covered in a tint of red "Kenma are you alright?" You asked in a slightly concerned voice. "You've been sneezing all morning and that's your tenth tissue", "I'm fine", he reply's while rubbing his nose and averting all his attention back to his phone screen. He had also been playing the game all morning.
"Kenma get off the game and look at me", you're attempt to tell Kenma what to do didn't work. You walk over to him and sit by his side. Out of the corner of his eye he can see your face. You look worried. He puts his phone down and looks you in your eyes.
"I think you should lay down and rest okay?" You really hoped he'd listen to you just this once. "Babe I'm fine okay? I don't need to lay down seriously", he looks at you happy that your concerned but slightly annoyed. "I just think you should anyway, you've been staring at your phone all morning you'll hurt your eyes. You can't deny that you've used up a whole box of tissues." You smile at him hoping he'd take your words seriously even thought you were using a joking tone.
He hands you his phone and lays down facing away from you. You grab the covers and place them over as you tuck him in. You tell him you're sorry because you can tell he's upset. You kiss his cheek and before you can walk away he grabs your hand and kisses yours.
You went down to the kitchen and found a can of chicken noodle soup that you could heat up for him. On the inside of the spoon you spelled out the words "luv u", with the noodles. Hoping it would make him smile.
You knew it was just a mere cold from being outside but you still worried. Kenma was pretty small and you always sorta felt bad for him when it came to things like this.
A few minutes later you were walking upstairs with a tray in your hands. On it was the bowl of soup, a glass of sweet tea, and a cookie. It was the last cookie left in the box. "Kenma! Wakey wakey", you say in a joking tone knowing he wasn't actually asleep. He was watching tv. He looks over to you and sits up. A huge smile written across his pale but red face. You walk over to him and sit the tray at his side.
"Soup!", You smile at him with your eyes closed. Sorta embarrassed at your actions you look away nervously. He reads the "note" you left for him. "Come sit by me", you listen and join him. "I luv u too", you watched as he spelled out a message for you with the remaining noodles. You smile at him and he grabs your face and kisses you. Trying not to spill the hot soup everywhere. "So is it good?" "Yea babe it's amazing", he exaggerates his answer a bit in hopes to make you happy.
You laid at his side while he finished his meal. You felt so warm next to Kenma. You were happy to have time with him where he wasn't playing a game. You could see a faint smile on his face when you looked over at him. You were both satisfied and deeply in love. You fell alseep. He cleaned up his tray and tucked you in the same way you did before. He kissed your cheek and proceeded to lay next to you.
He always liked to hold you in bed, like you were his personal teddy bear.
