Now lets get this straight before I begin my story.
I'm Asian, Chinese, to be exact.
I live in Summercliff Virginia in a white house with tan shutters on the good side of town.
The white people side of town. We are one of the few asian families in town.
My dad is the CEO of MEC, one of the largest satellite companies. Which is literally all he talks about. My mother on the other hand, is a doctor at one of the top hospitals in the nation. And she can't stop stressing the fact that we cannot shame the family name.
I have a little brother, Raymond or ray for short, who is a SAT genius and is 12 years old. My older sister, Katherine, who is a violin and piano prodigy. Kat is 17 but acts and dresses like she's 30.
No one is normal in my family accept for me, well sort of.
I'm Charlotte, Charlie for short.
Basketball player, probably one of the only female asian basketball player in the state or even the country. I'm 5'3, point guard and the stupidest Yueng in the bunch. It's not that I don't try, I really do!
Literally thats all I do in my 'free time'. Other then basketball, school and studying I have no life. I mean I've never been to a high school party. I've been invited but I've never been.
The worst part is, is that they were good parties like ones in mansions where you can destroy the house and the kid doesn't even get in trouble.
Other then the parties I was always the odd one out. I was the one with no life, no sense and no boyfriend.
Until--Okay well let me tell my story...
