DARRYL POV I woke up to my alarm going off, I stepped down the wooden ladder to reach for my phone and press the button 'stop' Beth and Taylor left early to go on a hike together, so it was just me and Zak at the dorm.
I went to go wake up Zak, "Zak come on wake up" I begged Zak. Zak yawned and stretched his arms, "What time is it?" Zak asked
I checked my phone, "it's 9:27"
"Am or pm?" Zak said, "You muffin, look outside the window!" I chuckled.
Zak and me glanced at the open view, we were 5th floor of the college. We could see students passing bye and taking jogs by the local park, "Wanna go to the park?" Zak questioned "I don't see why not!" I replied
"We should get dressed first, I don't wanna go out in public wearing my pyjamas!" Zak said, I nodded and made my way to my suitcase. I grabbed out my green button up shirt and my grey sweatpants, green was my favourite colour. I grabbed my clothes and changed in the bathroom

"I'm hungry..." Zak groaned, "I heard there is a cat cafe 3 minutes away! Wanna go?" I asked. "Duh! Why not, I'm more of a dog person but I still love cats." Zak said

On our way to the cat cafe we shared ear buds again! We listened to Zak's Spotify playlist while we were on our way. Tongue tied played again, It felt like a comfort song to me...

"Hello welcome to Chloes Cat Cafe, how many people will be dining in with you?" The young man asked, he had fluffy blonde hair and hazel eyes.
"Just us 2 please" Zak said, "Okay please follow me to your tables!" The waitress said. A cat was followings Zak, it was cute! Standing on 2 of their legs with their paws in the air reaching for Zak.
"Amy shoo!" We heard the waitress mumble, That must be the cats name
"Here are your seats, please order at the front." The blonde hair boy said before he walked away
The cafe was beautiful, a variety of cats walking around and jumping on peoples laps. Amy returned and hopped on Zaks lap. "Aww" I said, "she's cute isn't she?" Zak said
Zak and me looked at the menu for a while, "I'll think I'll get the scrambled egg and toast" Zak said , "I'll get the rainbow pancakes." I said
Zak went up to the front counter to place in our orders.
When Zak returned I needed to tell him something...
"I'm back!" I heard the raven hair boy say, "Can I tell you something?" I said as soon as he sat back down. "Yeah sure!" He said
I felt nervous
"I-i" "Go on..." "A-am" "You are??"
"I think I am gay... but I'm not sure!" I said "Please support me" I begged
"I'm literally bisexual you muffin." Zak chuckled
"You are?" I asked, "yeah I am" he answered. "W-well how did you find out?" I said, "kissed a few boys and girls, liked it and yeah." He said
"Oh, I've never been in a relationship ship or kissed someone." I admitted, "Wait are you in a relationship with some at the moment?" I asked Zak "Nah" he answered.
"Here's your food gentleman." A lady with pink hair said, We thanked them and started eating.

We paid the cafe and left, "wanna go to the park now?" I asked. "Yeah, race you there!" He said
We raced to the park, my hair covered my sight since it was such a windy day. I eventually ran out of breath before I could make it to the end, I sat down on a wooden bench taking a break
I finally caught my breath and continued racing Zak, when I made it Zak was already sitting down on the grass bored.
"Sorry, I had to take a break I'm not the best runner" I apologised, "it's fine" he said. "Shit!" I heard him whisper yell, "what's wrong?" I asked, "it's my ex" the younger said while pointing to someone
It was a lady with long black hair and had heavy make up on, "Can u do me a favour?" He asked me. "Sure what is it?" I questioned "pretend your my boyfriend so I can make my ex jealous!" He begged
"What?!" I exclaimed, "please?" He said "Fine" I answered.
As his ex passed by he held my hand and gave me a flirtatious look, he also made me play with his fluffy hair.
It seemed to work! His ex made our way to us, "Oh so your one of those f@gs now huh?" She said while tilting her head. "Fuck off, your just jealous I actually have a boyfriend loner." Zak said, she seemed offended and left us alone
Zak laughed and gave me a high five, we unlocked our intertwined hands and talked about college.
I knew it was all an act but I kind of liked it...
