Forgotten Lover

Late

I wake up to see my redhead still snoozing on top of me. I turn on the TV to keep myself entertained and play with her hair while I watch the show that's on.

After a while of that there's a knock at my door which sounds like Wanda. "Hm?" I hum and the girl steps into the room with a raised brow. "Bucky's looking for Nat." She informs and I nod. "Are we training today or are you going to lock yourself and Nat in here for the day?" She asks and I chuckle. "We can train I'll be ready in 30. Tell Bucky she'll also be train-ready and with him in 30." I say and she nods and walks out, closing the door.

I push some of the stray hairs out of Natalia's face and kiss her hairline. "Talia, time to get up." I mumble into her hair and she groans. "Angel, we're already late for training" I state chuckling. She slowly lifts her head, her hair fluffed up from sleeping. I chuckle and smooth it out a bit. She flops her head back onto my chest and leaves a few kisses on my collarbone. I rub her back letting her wake up.

She always woke early but needed a minute to wake up properly, to be able to communicate with people. If she had to wake up quickly she was always snappy and quickly irritated and angry with people but never with me. I suppose today might be one of those days seeing as she wanted to sleep in but couldn't because people were calling her for various things.

I run my thumb over her jaw repeatedly until her eyes slowly open. "Hi, bunny." She mumbles against my lips. I mumble back a 'Hi' before kissing her back. She hums and inhales deeply before slowly letting the breath go. "Is something on your mind, angel?" I ask and she hums giving me a little shrug. "Nothing too serious. I'm just annoyed that I have to get up. I wanted to stay in bed with you all day." She offers making me smile. "You're cute, Talia. After training we can get back into bed, cuddle and watch movies all day, hm?" I ask and she nods. "Deal" she decides giving me a quick peck before getting up.

We get ready for training and join Bucky and Wanda. "Finally." Bucky scoff before adding "What took you so long Romanoff?" Natalia rolls her eyes at the mans remark and crosses her arms. "Fuck off Barnes. I can sleep in too sometimes." Talia defends. Wanda hums. "Are you sure that you just didn't want cuddles?" Wanda teases making Natalia turn a little red. "Leave me alone Wanda. I don't tease you about Vision. I know you have a thing for him." She mumbles which makes Wanda shut up. I chuckle and smirk at Talia before waving bye to her.

The training session comes to an end quickly but I can't join Talia back in bed just yet because I got called into a meeting. I got assigned to a mission which is in two days with Steve and Bucky which is bound to make Natalia very jealous but that's nothing new, plus, she's hot as fuck whenever she gets jealous.

After the mission right as I was about to go into my room. "Y/n can you come help me choose what to wear, please?" Wanda asks and I easily comply helping my friend pick what to wear on her date with Vision tonight.

They aren't going anywhere fancy just an old cinema that Vision found in town. They're going to watch a few old rom-coms there. He rented it out. Or at least it's what Wanda told me. It's adorable that he wants to watch the old black and white rom-coms with Wanda. Those are her favorite. But he's went the extra step and giving her the old authentic feel of a vintage cinema on top of that which is just adorable.

She presents the options she's decided on. There's three different outfits. One consists of blue jeans and a dark caramel colored knitted sweater, brown leather boots and a simple gray scarf to finish it off. The second one is a little more pepped. it's a dark dress, the skirt flowy with black boots, a necklace and a green jacket to keep warm. The last one is cute too. It's black jeans a wine, long sleeved top, the same black boots of the second outfit and a necklace with a red gemstone. I was about to say that I got an idea but there was a loud knock on the door interrupting us. "Come in." Wanda invites.

The door opens to reveal a pouty Natalia which makes a smile break out on my face. "It feels like I've been waiting forever. You said after training." She mumbles keeping her eyes on me, clearly choosing to ignore the smirk on Wanda's lips. I give her a sympathetic smile "I'll be right there. I just quickly gotta finish helping Wanda, babe." I say which only makes her pout more and turn around. "I'll be right there, I promise, Talia!" I shout after her with a grin.

Wanda chuckles. "I don't think anyone's seen her like this before. She's got it bad." Wanda states and I smile. "Moving on to your date. I think you can just combine all the outfits. The scarf of the first one the boots of the second one and then the pants, top and necklace of the third. The necklace under the scarf will look cute." I assure and she nods. "You're so right. Thank you. Now go heal Nat's babyface. I can't take her seriously if her face will stay like that." Wanda says, seriously and I laugh. We give each other a quick hug before I'm off to go cuddle with Natalia, finally.

Before I do though, I quickly go to the kitchen to get a while platter snacks so we don't have to leave the room. I knock on the door but get no answer. "Talia, can you open the door, please? I can't open it, my hands are full." I ask and the door opens slowly, Tal still pouting at me but her pout quickly fades. "Are finally coming?" She asks and I nod. "Yes but let me in first, please." I say and she moved out of the way and closes the door behind me. I set the platter on the bedside table and sit down in bed.

Natalia jumps at me and nestles herself into me. We spend the rest of the day cuddling and watching movies like I said we would.
