Oikawa Tooru had been given the opportunity of a lifetime.

The chance of going to San Juan to follow his dream under the guidance of his idol, Josè Blanco. He had recognized Tooru's talent and gave him the chance to better himself and get to a much, much higher level than his current one.

Oikawa should be absolutely ecstatic about all of this, but deep down in his heart he kept feeling a sense of loss and uncertainty.

The coach had given him 3 months to wrap everything up and follow him to Argentina.

'This is really happening' Oikawa thought.

[April 29th ~ 90 days left]

Oikawa found himself wandering.

He had gone out for a run to clear his head, but now he was just aimlessly wandering around. The setter got to a little playground that seemed empty, and sat down on the swings sighing.

He stayed there, watching the sky for a good length of time when he saw a ball landing near him. He couldn't help but notice that the ball was in fact a volleyball, and he grimaced a bit thinking of how his favorite sport could never leave him alone for more than a day.

He looked around, searching for the owner when he saw a kid with a mop of grey hair come towards him. He looked strangely familiar, and his suspicions were confirmed when he saw someone else run after the kid, a pair of sky grey eyes coupled with a beauty mark staring back at him.

"Satoshi, come back here!" The grey eyed boy shouted at the kid.

"Mr. Refreshing?"

Oikawa tentatively said, standing up and moving forward towards the pair. Petals of a flower that Oikawa could not for the life of him remember the name of were spinning around them carried by the late April wind.

"Oikawa-san?"

His eyes went wide with surprise and confusion, definitely not expecting to find Oikawa near his town.

"Uhm... Hi?" Oikawa hesitantly said to ease the awkwardness between them.

"Did you just call me 'Mr. Refreshing'? No wait, nevermind that. What are you doing here Oikawa-san? This is quite far from Seijoh."

"I went for a run and ended up here somehow... Also you can't expect me to remember every single player's name, much less a benchwarmer's!"

Oikawa knew he was being childish, and a part of him kinda hoped that this kid would leave him alone to wallow in his misery.

Suga looked at him with a raised eyebrow, unimpressed with Oikawa's pathetic try to jab at his insecurities. He sighed, almost like he expected the other to make a comment like that.

"Wow Oikawa-san, that was a low blow. My name is Sugawara Koushi, and I like to think of myself as something more than a benchwarmer, thank you very much."

He then tilted upwards his head, locking Oikawa on his spot with his gaze. It was clear that the silver haired wouldn't take any kind of insult from the former captain.

The brunette saw that Mr. Refreshing wasn't fazed by his attitude, even though the same couldn't be said of the kid by his side that was giving him the worst possible glare he could muster.

"Anyway, could you please give the ball back? Me and my little brother were practicing a bit when his serve got a little out of hand."

Suga extended his hand, to ask for the volleyball back.
