So this is kinda like a hunted and hunters(?) thing I guess. So like people get a colour on there wrist/arm that appears depending on the colour is what they are.
red- hunter (good peeps)
blue- innocent (children -13)
purple- hunted (bad peeps)
i think that's about it so on with the story!
