“Are you ready?” Yurmi asked as he stood next to Lydia's casket.
Taking a deep breath I nod. He opened it and I looked away.
It was empty
I looked at Valeria and Ivy.
“It’s not our fault we all decided to have a closed casket”
“Call the morgue,” I said
“On it,” they said before walking away
My phone began ringing and I fished it out of my pocket.
“Hey princess”
“Daddy where are you?” Aria asked

Her first time dancing in front of the entire school was today.
She's a ballerina
“I’m on my way,” I said while running to my car.
“Please hurry," she said
“Okay, princess. I’ll see you there”
I got into my car and drove quickly to the school. After arriving at the school I went to their dressing room.
“Can I go inside?” I asked miss Peterson
“Yes,” she said and I went inside the room.
Luna was talking to her.
“Just take deep breaths,” she said and Aria inhaled deeply before exhaling
“Can I see your face now?”
“The last time you did you cried,” Luna said and I walked towards them.

Lydia had brown eyes but Luna didn't
“Look daddy is here,” Luna said without looking at me
“Daddy!" Aria yelled after turning to look at me.
She ran towards me and I lifted her up.
“You look beautiful princess,” I said and she gave me a toothy grin.
“Thank you, daddy," she said and I placed her down.
“Are you nervous?”
“No. You're here” she said and I placed a kiss on her head.
There was a knock on the door and her teacher walked in.
“It’s almost time,” she said.
“Okay, I love you. Now go out and do your best and whatever happens, I'll always be proud of you” I said and she nod before placing a kiss on my cheek.
