🍃🍃🍃Ugh my head hurts a lot...
He sighed, as he prepared a small bag with some food and other resources for the voyage.
With the mora he had, he bought some raw food with which he could cook, he had at least somewhat learned how to do that on the various times he had found himself in the wild. He had also borrowed some things from a few retired adventurers and so he had everything he needed and was good to go.
He closed up the leather bag and smiled a bit. He was starting to feel something.
He felt excited.
He wanted to travel more, to see another land and watch as new things came by. New experiences bring new kinds of emotions, he thought. Maybe good ones.
After he made sure everything was in check, he finally grabbed that bag, put it over his shoulders and strolled out of the city, saying goodbye to the guards and telling them he'd be away for a while.
He looked at Mondstadt one more time.I'll be back my dear...
He started walking and he just felt the trepidation as he stepped forward, observing everything around him.
He had decided to take the route that would bring him around other places of Mondstadt he rarely got to, like Starsnatch Cliff, Cape Oath and maybe Dragonspine. As of right now, he just wanted to go over in those kinds of places.
And so, he finally set off in his much awaited journey.
Venti really didn't know what was ahead of him, but he really hoped to find out. Maybe this way he could understand nature more.
Maybe even understand the Traveler more, setting out camp in those plains and just being in simbiosis with the wilderness that surrounded him.
Or just finally understand himself.
He slowly walked down the path and then deviated, heading towards Stormbearer Mountains.
I'll make my way towards Starsnatch cliff and Dadaupa Gorge following the seaside. Can't wait to get a look at the sea again! I may just take a dive in it hehe.
And so he trotted gleefully, just following his mental map and letting his legs take him to all the places he wanted to get to.

He slowly walked for the afternoon along the pathway he had in front of him, observing all the plants and fauna that caught his attention and he even made sure to note down on a piece of paper he had with him the few lines he was able to come up with. He had now gotten to Starfell lake and was getting pretty close to climbing the cliff to the Stormbearer Mountains, but he was quite tired and it was night already so he set camp under a big birch tree, close enough for him to spot in the distance his Statue of the Seven in the middle of the lake, shining with bright blue lights and gleaming slightly in the pale glow of moonlight.
He gazed at it in awe, almost as if he had never seen it before.
Moonlit stone,
set alone.
Solitary,
It glows. He wrote those few verses down on another piece of paper. It finally was something new and different from his usual light ballads or his Mondstadt ones.
It seemed to tell a tale. But he didn't exactly know which one.
After he was all nice and set, he made sure no nasty hilichurls were nearby to bother him and tried starting a fire with the flint and steel he had borrowed from one of the adventurers. He started smacking the 2 together a few times and a lot of failed attempts later, he finally got a spark and lit himself up a small bonfire.
