Part 20

Minho POV

(a week before the part 19 incident)

Today we had planned to attack Jeon, we were ready with everything and decided to attack his house in the morning hoping that we could kill him while he is asleep.

but one thing was messing up my mind, why isn't he trying to scare Y/N? why does he want to kill her instead of using her as a hostage?

We all reached his highly secure mansion, nothing fishy, we already had information, and the boys, San, and I went a separate way, around 30 guards went the other way, 70 guards from the back door and 600 through the main door, two choppers were dropping down 50 guards each on the roof.

We all were fully armed and successfully got all his guard's down but we could not see Jeon anywhere around,  we checked his room and there he was hung down from the ceiling fan.

near him was a note, a suicide note

yesterday Felix and your other friends came to my mansion to talk with me, they explained how you saved me from my wife, I did not know she was planning to kill me.

I can not live with the guilt of hurting the only person who cared about me, have a great life with your wife, I will meet you again in hell.

I didn't know what to feel, we took Jeon's body and gave him an honorable memorial, to my surprise he left all his property and wealth under my name.

I was happy to finally clear out the misunderstanding between us but sad to lose the man who was once my best friend.

Since school, he was my best friend, Jeon Jaemin, for him, I could lose my life after he got married he changed and after I found out that his wife was a spy and killed her, he misunderstood me as a betrayer and I became his worst enemy.

Two weeks after Part 19

It has been a month since our marriage and everything was going well, I felt closer to her, I felt the feeling of not hurting her, the urge to protect her, I feel weird, something I never felt before.

I was busy thinking about her when I got a call from my mom.

"Hello my son, forgot me already"

"Of course not mom, I can forget everyone but you"

"And Y/N"

She said that which made me flustered and honestly yeah, everyone but these two women.

"Yeah yeah, anyways how come you missed your son"

"Right, I almost forgot, do you trust Y/N"

"All of a sudden, what happened?"

"Just answer me"

"Well yeah"

"Tell her about your dad and mom"

"Mom don't talk about Dad and Hilda to me"

"Hilda is your mom Minho, tell her if you don't want things to go bad"

"But Mom-"

"See Minho, I have no problem with you calling me your mom and I love it but, I am not your mom, I am your aunt and you can't change it, tell her everything yourself"

"Fine Mom, I will"

"Do it today itself"

"Okay fine, I will go now"

I cut the call and went to meet Y/N whom I have been staring at from the balcony while she was playing with Soonie. (pretend he Introduced all the cats before this part)

I went into the garden just to see all of them there, Soonie was now resting in her lap, Doonie was cuddling her leg as she played with Doonie's fur, and Dori was just playing around with the butterfly next to her.

"Hey Y/N, I see these three really like you"

"Yup"

"Then they are just like me"

"What?"

"Nothing, Y/N I want to tell you something, uhm you remember when mom gave us a gift and a letter"

"Yeah"

"It had my dad and the name Hilda in it, right? I want to tell you about it."

"Well... "

Flashback third person POV
Manho's dad kidnapped a woman whom he was obsessed with, a lady of class, someone who was wanted by everyone.

He fell for her hard, Hilda was a businessman's daughter, she loved Minho's uncle but his dad kidnapped her and married her.

He used to abuse her, mentally, physically, and sexually, and that's when she got pregnant with Minho.

Hilda's love already married Minho's aunt and lived a happy life with her as she suffered in pain.

She couldn't give up on a child who was not even at fault, Minho's dad was happy to have a child.

The day Minho was born, she killed his dad, she tried going back to her parents but they refused to have an 'unpure' daughter, she hated Minho for it and abused him every day, he was like a slave to her.

She was a witch, and she decided to torture him for making her parents give up on him but as time passed Minho became a monster, she made him one and he killed her.

Minho's aunt took him in and always treated him like her own son, she was the only person who treated him right and saw his good side, she knew he killed Hilda but always protected him.

Flashback over
She looked at me and sighed

"And you did the same mistake that he did, you were worried that I will kill you"

"Not really but I just thought you should know this, this is my past"

"Minho, am I just an obsession, are there really no feelings in your heart for me"

"I don't know what you are saying"

"Do you like me?"

I  was shocked but Couregged up

"Yes, yes I like you, you mean something to me now, not an obsession but something else"

"Minho uhm I think I like you too"

"I don't care if you don't like me- wait you said you liked me"

"Uhm yeah......."

"You are not joking"

"No...."
