Asher's pov

After that Lily took a bath while I cleaned up. I knew that we would have to talk about my dad and the things he mentioned and I was dreading the conversation, how do I tell my girlfriend that I was supposed to take her soul? I heard her turn the water off as I finished cleaning so I threw some pants and a bra on as Lily came out of the bathroom wearing one of my hoodies

Lily's pov

I walked out of the bathroom and stared at Asher she looked at me as she tried to speak "ba-" "don't" I said as i sat on a chair. "Explain now" Asher nodded "before we met I was engaged to a women down in the underworld, I didn't want to marry her. My dad and I got into a argument and I needed to calm down but as I was walking away from my dad you summoned me, I was just gonna take your soul but than I saw you and I just couldn't. I honestly wasn't thinking when we made our deal" Asher finished talking as I started at her my hands were clenched into fists as I spoke "do you truly love me?" Asher's eyes widen as she got up to go to me but I stopped her "answer the question Asher!" "O-Of course I love you! We where made for each other!" Asher started to tear up and I could feel myself start crying. "I-I can't right now" I started to walk out of the room but Asher stopped me and spoke "n-no please don't leave!" I pulled away from her and walked downstairs.

Asher's pov

No no no! I can't lose her! I ran after her as Danny appeared and stopped me "Daniel let me go!" "Asher you need to stop now!" I twist and yell as Danny uses his magic to chain me down as he went to Lily. I couldn't hear what they're saying as I was to angry to care, the next thing i saw was Danny walking to me with Lily standing by the door when everything went black.
