"Tomorrow is Another Day"

(Michaels pov)

I woke up and did my daily routine, when I opened my closet for a hoodie a saw THE mask. I stared at it in disgusted. I hate it. I hate it so much, I put it in a random box and taped it shut. I slammed my closet so fast my dad yelled at me because how loud it was. When I went out to get breakfast I looked at the time, it was 8am I wanted to get to the hospital by 8:30, "when I'm done eating can you drop me off at the hospital?" I said with food in my mouth, "you want to go this early?!" "yeah, is there a problem with that?" "No no, I just didn't expect it, come on finish up I have somewhere to be." I finished my food quickly and rushed to put my shoes on, i hopped in the car. To be honest I was kinda excited- when we got to the hospital I ran out of the car and ran inside, I was kinda nervous too cause something could've happened. 'They would've messaged my dad though..hm..' once I though about that I started to calm down, I told the counter person who I'm here for and why. They lead me to Evans room, when we got there she said that she was going now. I open the door, there he is. When I saw him I smiled, when he saw me he looked so happy, I then almost started crying by how happy he was "how was last night? Did you get good sleep?" I asked while sitting by him, "I slept pretty well actually! At first I was really scared of the dark, but then I remembered how I have a brother that makes me feel comfortable.." when he said the last part he looked away, I was really surprised when he said that. I'm glad he's my brother. "that's good, don't worry I'll always be here for you." I said and punched his shoulder really softly. He laughed when I did that, i smiled and giggled. "Where's dad?" Evan questioned, "he had somewhere to be I guess...but don't worry! We can have fun on our own!" I said happily 'it feels good being nice' "do you want to do anything?" I asked Evan "hm...is there a way I can get out of this bed?" Evan answered. I thought for awhile, "uhhh....maybee.." sooner or later Evan was out of his bed. We just had to be careful, "do you think they have ice cream?!" Evans eyes lit up when he said that "they might, should we go ask?" I replied, "YEAH!" Evan almost yelled that, I had to look around to make sure that it wasn't to loud. When I looked back at him he looked so pumped up, it made me laugh a bit "come on let's go ask!" I said.

(Evans pov)

'I MIGHT GET TO HAVE ICE CREAM' Michael and me were walking down, im so glad I have a brother like him, he's so nice to me. When we got to the counter Michael asked, "is it possible for him to have icecream?" Then pointed at me, since I came in acouple weeks ago half the people in the hospital know me, she stared at me and said. "Mhm! would you like one to?" The lady answered back, Michael looked at me and I nodded. He smiled then turned back around "Yes please." I hugged my brother in excitement, he stood there kinda surprised, then he slowly hugged me back. We then got our ice cream and looked around the hospital, we tried eachothers ice creams. Once we were done we headed back to my room. We played acouple of board games and had fun! "Once I'm out of here what should we do?" I asked, "hm, you could learn how to ride a bike, you were always bad at those-" Michael said and chuckled "hm..maybe, but you would have to help me!" I replied, "yeah yeah I know- I was gonna help anyways." Michael said. I smiled and went back to the board game, Michael won at that game. Then Michael had to leave the room so I could get my daily check up. I was sad when Michael had to leave, it was nice having somebody by my side, they did the original checkup. After it was done they said "you'll be able to leave tomorrow!" "YAY!" I said excitedly. After they left Michael came back in, "woah what are you excited about?" He asked, "I CAN LEAVE TOMORROW!" I almost screamed, Michaels eyes widened, "wait- really?!" He said surprised, "MHM!" I replied back, he than came up to me and hugged me, I hugged him back. After that dad called and said he would be there soon, 'aw man, does that mean all the fun is done?' "Hey Michael?" I said, "yeah?" He answered, "can I call you Mike for short?" I asked, he turned around at me quickly "you wanna give me a nickname?!" He said confused, "um...yeah, only if you don't mind!" I responded "sure Ev." He said and smiled, I then smile right after him and said "ok!" After that dad came in the room. "Hi dad!" I said, Mike kinda stared at him for a second then looked away, 'I don't think they like each other..' I thought. "Do you guys wanna play uno?" I asked, "sure." Dad said, Michael just nodded. I could tell something was wrong I just didn't know what..hm.. "ok here, Mike can you get me the uno deck on the shelves, "yep!" Michael said, he then went to go grab it. Once he grabbed it, he handed it to me. "Thank you!" I then proceeded to shuffle the cards.

[Timeskip]

"UGH" dad said "HAHAHAHA!" I shouted, "looks like I won again!" I said "good job Ev! Your really good at this game-" Mike said, "How does he keep winning! I've lost all the rounds- Michael you've only won 3 rounds how are you not mad!" Dad said. I couldn't stop laughing in my bed, I started crying from laughing so hard, "who said I wasn't mad?" Mike said then looked at my dad quick, I started laughing again, 'I love my family! Their perfect.'

[Michaels pov]

I was tired from last night, but I couldn't just fall asleep. After uno we watched some tv, I looked at my phone and realized I've been here the whole day. "Woah.." I whispered to myself. I look over and Ev and see he's smiling while watching tv, I'm glad I made him smile today. I hope he can smile everyday. "oh dad!" Evan said, "yeah bud?" My dad responded "I forgot to tell you but I'm gonna be able to leave the hospital tomorrow!" Evan replied happily. "That's great! I've also heard about that!" My dad said, "Mike what should we do when I'm outside?" Evan said, i finally remembered why i wouldn't want to go outside, Evan then looked at me, my smile faded, "um...we could just walk around, uh..if you wanna do something else that's ok.." I didn't want to go outside, people know me for, the boy who almost killed his brother, ...my reputation has gotten worst now after what happened...I turned back to the tv, I didn't feel like talking right now, to be honest my energy is all out, as I was watching the tv I fell asleep.

[Williams pov]

I know why Michael doesn't want to do outside, he only goes outside to see Evan now, before he did even go outside once, he would stay in his room after what he did. It took me a long time to get him to see Evan, I have a feeling something bad is gonna happen if he goes out, but I guess he can't make a excuse about that for Evan..

[Evans pov]

"OH, Mike fell asleep!" I said while laughing a bit, 'I hope he gets good sleep.' "Hey Evan." Dad said kinda serious, "yeah?" I replied and looked at him. "Um..try not to get to close with Michael.." he said then turned away, "oh." I kinda whispered, 'why do I feel somethings wrong with Mike. He did nothing wrong! So why is he getting treated this way?' I decided I might as well go to bed, I don't wanna hear anymore stuff about Michael like this. Has it always been like that? I'm trying to sleep but now I can't stop thinking about that kind of stuff, I'll ask Michael about it later..

[Michaels pov] 

I wake up from my dad shaking me, "come on, evans sleeping we shouldn't disturb him." He said, I look to evans bed and there he is, sleeping peacefully. I smile, "alright." 

[timeskip]

We leave the hospital, 'do we have to go outside..' I don't want to, it's gonna be hard dodging everybody..I hope it goes well...
