"Welcome to Japan!" The woman at the airport had said.
"Welcome to Japan!" The man in Musutafu had said.
"Welcome to Japan." Your father had told you when you entered your apartment.
"Welcome to Japan." You told yourself when you collapsed on your bed to text your friends.

Laughing, you toss your phone on your dresser.
"Dad I'm gonna order a pizza!" You yell at the door of your small room.
"This is Musutafu Japan! Where are you going to find a pizza place that delivers?" Your father yelled back.
"Uuuggghhh. I'll just order ramen instead. What do you want?"
He tells you his order, and you call the restaurant.
When the food gets to the apartment, your dad pulls out two sets of chopsticks so you can eat it. "Ugh, how do you even use these things?" You ask, clicking them together with your fingers. "Can't we just use forks?"
"Maybe in America, you can use forks, but we are Japanese now, and we're going to eat like them."
"Dad, we may live in Japan, but we will never be Japanese. I'm not hungry anymore." You say as you push your chair away from the table with your feet, and stand up.
Sighing, you summon a box of pizza to your room and text your friends.
