People who self harm-

Hey, do you have the urge to cut every day; can you not go to bed without cutting? Are super depressed and don’t know what to do with yourself, no one understands, you get picked on, home sucks, and so does school and your only escape is cutting, scratching, whatever you do to commit self harm. Well let me tell you, you ARE NOT ALONE! I’m in the same situation, each cut is a letter in a person’s name and there are over 40 cuts now, you know why? Because I can’t help and it feels amazing for that minute of pain that I am in fact still alive that I’m not this numb thing that I am living, because at school I get bullied constantly and my home life sucks! Rumors have gotten around and people think I’m going to commit suicide but I will not give into that… so this is to let you know how much I love you and that if you want we can get through this together! ^-^

People don’t understand that what they say or do does hurt someone and that what they say some people do take to heart, a girl called me and ugly pathetic whore,

I believed her

Another girl called me fat

I believed her

A guy told me I was ugly as h***

I believed that.

But now I have people that are supporting me helping me get through this and they love me and they are helping me they’ve said so many things that are so helpful and kind and make me feel needed, and you are to, if you’re reading this I LOVE YOU AND I WANT YOU TO STOP CUTTING OR HURTING YOURSELF I WANT YOU TO STOP THE THOUGHTS OF SUICIDE. You’re perfect and don’t let anyone say otherwise, fuck haters, fuck bullies, fuck bitches. You’re better than all of them and you can do amazing things! And every time you think of cutting I want you to write a list of people, idols, things, animals anything that you care about and I want you to think of them. Here’s my list

I want to help you, I know this is hard and it’s an addiction and that it’s hard to give it up just like that but please don’t do anything you can’t take back like suicide please a death happens every 70 seconds please don’t be those 70 seconds.
