The SPY

That Granny.... She pissed me off!

I did get the card it was safe and sound...
But it smelled. A lot. The mosquito spray was the most smelling spray ever. Now I understand that mosquitoes die cause of this smell! It was hilarious . It smells like I crazyily picked it up from the garbage bin!
But I still had the card. It was really important for me.
" Amy! Take Jackie for a walk." She informed me.
" Yeah mummy!" I replied happily.
" Why is she so happy?" Mom whispered.
We weren't going to the park.... We were heading towards the hill where I was picked by the weirdos. It took time to reach. Like a quarter to reach. But we reached there. I was out of time. I had the card with me. While I removed it from my pocket it fell down... By the time I got a hold of it.... That granny picked it up for me.
" Your the kitten girl! Right?" She asked me.
She called me a kitten girl? Has she forgotten me? In just two to three days?
" No! I think your wrong!" I corrected her.
" Umm your the dog girl!" She explained.
Was it that all the girls and boys who went to her were in search of their pets? 'Cause all she did was to attract others pets! And to get them here.
" Am not the dog girl I am the girl! Who came to your house and asked for my Jackie. Basically my name is Amy!" I explained .
" Yeah you came in search for your dog right? so your the dog girl!" She laughed.
It wasn't that funny also... It was a normal joke.. Only thing I had a giggle cause I have seen oldies laugh but not like this. She laughed as if it was the joke of the month.
" Ok I have some work to do!" I ended the matter.
" Ok." The oldie adjusted.
We stood there for minutes. None of us were moving. We thought one of us had to move but none of us did move....
" Ok! " I moved. I thought.... She would move soon... But she stood there and started planting the plants which took her forever to stop and get back. It was seven soon. I had to go but my spy thing was pending I thought... I would do it today but... I couldn't.
(A/N sorry guys I know you'll maybe wondering where is the dog... Right? But don't worry I have my dog with me only thing I haven't given him a role to play in the scene)
I walked back with a frowned face. I really wanted to go. I turned back and started walking with Jackie. No sooner I took a step down the hill the granny finished her work.
" Finally" . I screamed. But, it was already late. I thought my dad could save me this time also.
I got back to work. But I agree I wasted a lot of time enjoying that the granny was gone back home.
So I removed the card, from my pocket and I look at the card. It reminds me of an old card found down on the ground and thought it would be no use and then the next day, it lead me to a treasure.
That's what I remembered when I saw the weird card and the weird words written on it.
While I spoke the first word " while".
That granny entered.
Why did she enter? I thought she went back home
" Hi! Girl!" She greeted and moved on the the ground and she went back for bucket of water.
" You've not yet finished your work"? I asked her.
" No dear, I had to water the plants so I had bought a bucket!" She explained.
" Oh! When are you going back?" I asked to know.
" Why?" She asked.
" Um.... My mother told me to get some herbs from here." I excused.
" Dear you can't find herbs here." She explained and went on with her work.
" This is a hill... Here you find trees, bushes and plants." She added.
" Are you making any excuse?" She asked me. With one eye brow up and a questioned face.
" No...no ". I stuttered.
" Couldn't you do this tomorrow?" I asked her.
" They aren't gonna die!" I added.
" Dear.... Again what's your name?" She asked me.
" It's Amy!" I reply.
" Yeah... Amy! I know what work your gonna do when I go!" She walked away.
I followed her.
" What do you mean?" I shouted.
" Calm down! I know your here for the spy thing? isn't it?" She asked.
She knew about it. Now? Would she kidnap me? or would she say something which will influence me? And the I will change my decision. And I won't go to the weird world. I didn't want that to happen so I didn't listen to her except for one sentence which said
" I was one of them." She explains.
" What? will you repeat the sentence!" I was shocked
" Yeah I was one of them. But, I retired." She explains
It was like an old story which said a girl was involved in spy work. And then, as usual she got retired.
" Why?!.... why? Did you retire?" I asked.
" 'Cause it was enought of spying and investigation." She explains.
" Yeah and if your planning to go then sure, but I'll warn you you have to work a lot and spying isn't any easy work to do." She warns me.
" Ok! Is that the reason you live here?" I was surprised.
" no, actually... I didn't tell my parents about this..."
" Of course we're not supposed to tell anyone." I interrupted.
" No...no... Later on... She got to know... And she band me from doing it. But, I disobeyed her and I still went on with my work.". She explains.
" Then." I motivate her.
" Then... She warned me to never step into the house.... And I didn't step into the house." She added
" then." I let her continue.
" I stayed at their place. but, it was my wrong decision. I shouldn't have stayed there. They made me do things at midnight." She exaggerated .
" So then I quited and put my life into these plants...." She explains.
" Now I regret not listening to my mother's right away." She added
She finally left.. With a warm smile on her face.
I knew it! I would get infleunced by her. I really didn't want to go there. Now.
" It's ok! Don't take my opinion... Am always wrong you see." She says.
" Ok! Time to go. It's 7:45. Gotta rush." I rushed out.
" Jackie am holding ya! Could you run faster?"
And as usual he pretended he didn't have an owner. It was just pulled by a stranger who doesn't know him.
I think he better did work with his mouth open which I realise after, setting him down.
It was 8:15 And we were home. Luckily it didn't strtch out so long as that day.
" Amy! your late u know." Mom informs me.
" Yeah mom! I know. Jackie fell in love with a doggie. I had to wait until they finished proposing eachother." I make a stupid excuse.
After that.... It was predictable that Jackie wasn't talking to me forever.
" Sorry... It was necessary." I whisper.
" Amy! What an excuse you have presented." She pretends.
" Maa! Come on!" I sit down on the chair for dinner.
While Jackie starred at me all along the supper.
" Hey stop looking at me like that.... Shivers broom up my body!" I whisper in anger.
he still goes starring at me... With those death stares.
" He will.. You have insulted him! Haven't you?" Mother made it even worse and acknowledged him with that.
