Read this for inspiration:

This is your life , let's call it your paper . You are handed your paper blank ...
And you are required to fill it in with whatever you like,
While you were filling it in , something terrible happened ! You made a mistake , which was a black dot in your painting , while you were trying to wipe away your mistake you made it increase ( IRL : drugs , self harm, etc.)
The thing is that , it won't ruin the painting .
You just have to leave it there , and it will make your paper beautiful and realistic .
You sneak a peak at another person's paper , you see it beautiful.
You get jealous of them ... You even try to be like them , you start comparing your paper to their's .
Which makes your paper feel worthless.
What you don't know is : everyone has a different paper.
So just focus on making it beautiful, don't try to get rid of your paper.
Even if you messed up many times , the paper won't be ruined.
Just make it beautiful , so that when it is taken from you ... You are ready to let go of it , and for the 'paper' to make people happy , by just looking at it.
