Like, Thomas managed to figure out how to make his characters more life-like without the entity, Isabella managed to save Louis and is now happily dating Sam, Arthur is still Thomas's best friend, he's also not dead, and the rest is basically just them living happily ever after I guess.
Kinda like a good ending
