(Y/n)'s POV:

Four more fights after mine, the end of the first round was announced
After waiting for 20 minutes it was finally time for the next round

First was Akane ..she had won against Sora in the previous round. Then she was against Katsumi..all Akane had to do was shoot fire until her golems were burned to ashes and then beat her. I think Katsumi needs some work on combat..she can't just depend on her golems

With the fight ending rather quick, my fight is next and I am against Ai

Let's see who wins!

We both walked on the field once our names were announced
We both stood at the sides of the field, one step and we were in "andddd GOO!" the teacher sharply said and we charged at each other

Before I could start punching her she abruptly stopped and shot an ice attack. I dodged it just in time and she kept going. I dodged left, right,up she wouldn't let me get near her. With one flap of my wings I got in the air, sending her multiple small hurricanes

In a flash she had made an ice cover around herself. I had no choice but to make it stop at some point. The ice disappeared and her expression had changed

She started flying as well

Hand to hand then?

We both beat our wings a few times gaining speed. I create my rope ready to attack when she flies right above me sending me straight to the ground with an attack that got the whole field covered ice

I forcefully hit the ground spitting out blood. My body was completely frozen and pressed to the ground giving me no space to move. I felt my breathing quicken and my head getting fuzzy

3rd person POV:

Okay that worked..sorry (L/n) but I have to win Ai thought to herself standing one an ice slope

She then started looking around non-verbally saying that she had won
A minute passed and no sign of (Y/n), just when a teacher was about to get closer and announce the winner..purple colour emitted inside the ice. Suddenly the whole ice in the field broke into pieces

(Y/n)'s wings were glowing purple

Though the glow disappeared as fast as it appeared. (Y/n) fell on her knees and then her whole body collapsed on the ground..from head to toe she was trembling, her wings frozen. She curled up in the ground still freezing her wings covering her

Ai was too stunned to even attack. (Y/n) had made all the ice turn into pieces
"HOW?!" Ai yells
(Y/n) looked at Ai and really slowly touched the ground with her right hand
Metal surfaced in front of Ai in a flash, a small metal cage formed around her, rapidly getting smaller. She made lots of ice attacks that were useless against the cage

Then Ai fell to her knees in the anguish of defeat. She felt utterly ashamed

(Y/n), still laying on the ground, freed her..
Ai stood up head laying low. She attempted helping (Y/n) up but she was in no state to walk and was carried by the nurses

(Y/n)'s POV:

After I was taken to the school infirmary I fell asleep
A beautiful lady was treating me when I woke up..she said I missed two fights and that now was the first fight of the semi finals

Eventually she let me go and I went straight to the room
Once I reached the room everyone asked how I was feeling

I reassured them I was perfectly fine and went to take a sit "You sure okay right?" asked Izuku his eyes full of worry
