"No, the new equipment should be taken to the test room for check up. When you're done with that go check on the interns, I'm kinda busy." Work is really draining me. Maybe I should take a break like Panna said. I thought as I sat in my office chair, papers covering my entire table. But how can I finish all this paperwork?

*Ring ring ring*

"Hello mother, how are you today?" "Where are you Trunks? You know today isn't a working day." Mum's voice rang through the phone. " I know mum, just rounding up some paperwork and checking on the new equipment... " "Trunks Vegeta Briefs, you will come home this instinct, there isn't supposed to be work today, it's a public holiday for kami's sake!! "
" But mum..."
"No buts. Get your butt here right now or you'll hear it from me!! "
*Click*
" Ahhhh that woman treats me like a kid these days.. "
" Mr Briefs, I've finished with the checkup and all the equipments are working perfectly fine."
" Okay then, you're free to go home. "

I stand up and rearrange the paperwork and that took me like 10 minutes considering the amount of paperwork there is. Then I put the folders in it's place. But just as I'm about to lock the drawer...

"Trunks!! Mum is pretty mad now!!"
"Gyaaaa! Where did you come from?"
" Instant transmission dummy! I finally perfected it" Bulla says with excitement "but I came to take you home"
" I was just about to lock the closet and get home. "
" Lies. But let's go. You flying? "
" Yeah, I guess so." I drop my suitcase in my tables compartment and fly out the window, shutting it from outside once Bulla flew out.

"Oh yeah, mum invited the Sons over, we're having lunch together. So you can get to see Panny~"
" Stop teasing, Bulla. Like you aren't happy to see Goten"
" I'm not hiding it" she smirked
" Ughhhh, you're a handful sometimes" I sighed
"But you love me~" she cooed
I can't lie, although Bulla tries to get on my nerves with every single opportunity she gets, I can't deny the fact that I love her. She is my little sister after all and no matter what happens, I know she's got my back.
"So are you going to fly into your room and change or you're just gonna walk through the front door looking like that?"
" What's wrong with my clothes?"
" Oh nothing" she smiled innocently but deep down I know she's got something up.

hird person pov
"What is taking those two so long? Or do I have to send another person to get them?" Bulma asked Chichi
" No need, I'll just ask Gohan to search for their ki."
" Yeah, that seems like the only thing now. Oh Gohan, could you help me?" Bulma says walking towards Gohan and Videl
"Oh, hey Bulma. Sure What do you need?"
"Trunks and Bulla aren't back yet and it's been almost 20 minutes. Could you help me search for their ki and see where they are?"
" Sure." Gohan replied, placing two fingers on his forehead and closing his eyes, searching for the siblings' life energy. "They're not far, just a few blocks away, and they're flying. They should be here in a minute or 2". He replied opening his eyes and dropping his hand.
"Thank you, Gohan." She said, walking away to make sure the food is ready.

Trunks' Pov
"I'm back!! And I brought the workaholic baka I call my brother." Bulla yelled while walking into the main room.
" HEY!!! I am not a baka!!" I replied
"Says the guy that goes to work on a public holiday!" She says giving me the eye.
" Whatever, I'm going to change" I mumbled while walking to my room. I got there and took out my office clothes. I took a quick shower coz I don't want to smell Terrible, especially not in front of Panna. I wear a tank top and basketball shorts since it's a family lunch, but I remember...Panna is here today. And with that though I change into a normal shirt and baggy pants. "Look at me choking myself with perfume so I would smell better. Oh Panna, the things you do to me." I sighed and walked to the kitchen.

" You clean up well." Mum said as I walked into the kitchen to properly greet her.
" Good evening mum." I say as I bent low to peck her cheek, me being taller than her.
"How was work, although you weren't supposed to go to woke today." she said, dragging me by the ear.
" Ow ow ow mummmm, it hurts" I whined

" Bulma, we have a situation.." Goten said walking into the kitchen. "Somehow, dad and Vegeta started a fire in the garden
"My flowers!!" She yells and ran out of the kitchen.
"Trunks, I think there's something you need to see in the living room" Bulla said , walking into the kitchen with a worried look on her face
"What is it Bulla?"
"More like who is it" Bulla said, shifting away from the door to reveal.....

"Mai??!!"
