Chapter 8 Im Sorry Baby

Getting out the shower I hear a knock on my door. I figured it was Kevin so I slipped on a pair of bra and boyshorts and opened the door. To my surprise it was Beast just standing there. I rolled my eyes slamming the door in his face. I heard him knocking again. 

 "What Beast?" I asked opening the door. 

 "Can we talk please?" he asked. I stared at him for a second before moving to the side letting him in. I led him to my bedroom. I put on my robe and sat down as he stood over me.  

"You were right about Stacy." He said looking down to me. 

 I nodded my head. There was nothing for me to say. I already knew I was right.  

"I'm sorry Elle." hesaid. I nodded again.  

I guess he was hoping I would respond to him but I really had nothing to say to him. I look down at my hands. It was silent for a few minutes.  

"Look I'm trying to express myself Elle but I just don't know how." he said causing me to look up at him.  

"Try." I said. He got on my bed and sat next to me.  

"I don't want yo dirty clothes on my bed after you had that nasty bitch all over you." I said.  

He nodded, stood up, and took his clothes off leaving him in his boxers. I stood up grabbing a pair of oversized boxers from my drawer. Take those off too. I say handing him the boxers. 

 "Whose are these?" he questioned.  

"Mine, I like to sleep in them sometimes." I said. I turned my head away while he switched boxers.  

"Am I good now?" he asked. I nodded.  

"Look Elle I like yo ass. I like yo ass a lot more than I should and I don't know how to handle it. Shit I feel like you my girl already." He chuckled a bit. I looked at him.

"I like you a lot too Beast, but let's be honest you don't care about me or my feelings, because if you did you wouldn't have left me that night." I said staring up at him.  

He sighed "I'm sorry Elle. I don't know what got into me that night but if I could take that back I swear I would." He said. 

 "Did you at least wear a condom when you fucked all these bitches?" I asked curiously. He chuckled.  

"Don't worry about me I get checkups and I'm clean." He said. 

 I already knew what be so thinking so I answered his question.

"Me too Kevin took me to get checked. I said. "So what's up with yall?" he asked looking straight ahead. I shook my head. 

 "Nothing Beast we just friends. He was there for me and he help me out and I appreciate him for that that's all."  

"Ok so I wasn't there for you that night? he asked. 

"Yeah you were but you left me that same night Beast. Yeah you took me out that situation, and I appreciate that Beast but Kevin helped me get on my feet and did a lot for me."
