If only i had a chance

Angelica was the type of person to never give up. It does get exhausting to her because she just wants that chance to show people what she's made of but her attitude pushes the people who want to help her away, and she doesn't know if she wants anyone to help or heal her. She only has one person in the whole world who actually understands her. Her best friend, Skylar. They've been friends since their diaper days.

Skylar POV

Hey, y'all as you know, I'm Angelica's best friend since forever. I know she can be a lil tough around the edges but as her friend I feel like it's my responsibility to show her all the good she has even if she doesn't believe it herself, but in time I know she'll heal and be willing and open to talk through her feelings and I'll be here anytime and any day right by her side. But anywho, today is the first day of 12th grade. (Btw, Skylar in the 12th grade and Angelica got held back a year just so y'all won't be confused) I'm nervous, scared, and excited. Mainly because they're gonna be teachers who'll be cool and lenient l. But then there's teachers who stuck up, and don't have a nice bone in their body. But yea...
