Side Story - Missing You [Part 1]

Freddys POV

Another day at the Pizza Plex. I sat myself up off the couch and took a look in the mirror. I noticed a few marks on my face. I picked up a palette and brush and brushed on some colour to cover them up. I wanted to look good as always.

It took a while before an employee finally came up to my room and knocked on the door. "I'll be filling in for Y/N's shift."

Oh yeah. They weren't coming in today. Now it's gonna be so boring.

"Alright, just don't do anything stupid." I responded. "Ok boss." They said sarcastically before walking out giggling. I hated their whole energy. They were so annoying and were starting to get on my nevers.

But, I didn't have time to argue. There were masses of kids tumbling towards my room. I had to get back into character and actually be nice.

The first of many kids came in and I greeted them normally, signing a sheet of paper and hugging them. Then I said my final goodbyes and the cycle repeated itself. This went on for hours with no breaks. It broke and exhausted me.

Everytime I hugged one of them, for a fraction of a second, I thought about them. The warm and feeling of safety from their touch. The cheery atmosphere they brought. The friendliness and caring they showed. Everything about them was perfect. They were an amazing friend.

But not just a friend. I started to catch weird thoughts and feelings about them. Like, relationship thoughts and love and romance and stuff like that. Things that Chica and Roxy constantly talked about to each other, and what Monty said he lacks.

I tried to refocus and kept pushing my limits. Eventually, I was so tired I thought I was going to break down. Eventually the employee entered my room again. "My shift is over," They slowly stepped towards me, "But I want to stay here. I want to... get to know you better." I politely declined. "Sorry. I would love to, but it's dangerous if you stay here, and I wouldn't want that, so it would be best if you stayed home.

They started speaking in a flirtatious tone. "But you're here. That changes everything." I was really uncomfortable and I felt like carrying and pushing them to the exit.

I started to slowly step back. I kept moving backwards as they tried again and again to seduce me. They were trying different romantic lines and phrases.

As they were talking, I took one more step back and hit a wall. Suddenly, I was backed into a corner.

Shit.

MY ARM HURTS LIKE A BITCH FROM THE VACCINE. I HAD MY SECOND DOSE AND IM DYING SO IM RELEASING THIS NOW.

And on a serious note, my prayers go out to everyone in Ukraine. I hope everyone is safe and I'm hoping this will be over soon and it won't escalate.
