1 days before Ivarage arrival
Time went by and I am currently working in my office, still checking some paperwork that needed my approval. I scrutinized each document like lightning, swiftly approving or rejecting them. With the help of Ciel-san, my work was relatively easy.
Working was really fun. I didn't even feel bored.

Okay! I'll be honest. I'm actually really really bored right now. In this past days, all I do was work this, work there.
Well, you can't blame me though. Even though I'm a monster that gain resistance, I'm still a former human. Feeling bored was normal to me.
As I continued the same repetitive motions with my hands, gradually chipping away at the pile.
Then came post-work break time.
I transformed into my original slime self and relaxed on the sofa. "Sigh!!!" I let out a comfortable sound. So comfy. My body itself was super soft, and the pillow was quite plushy as well. With the two combined, it felt as if I were swimming in a sea of soft feathers.
Just when I was about to slack off for a bit, it appeared someone was stopping by. It can't be helped then. I turned back to human form and sat down on my chair.
"Come in," I responded while posing stylishly.
Soon after, Shuna opened the door together with my daughter, Rizu, and both of them entered. Shuna bowed deeply to me.
"Rimuru-sama, Rizu-sama said she want to talk with you."
"Okay. Come here, Rizu. Sit here in the sofa together with Papa." I said to Rizu. I'm already done with my work and she's here with me right now, so I might as well order some food for the two of us. "Shuna, can you bring some food for me and for Rizu."
"Understood. As you wish, Rimuru-sama." Shuna said while bowing as Rizu sit in sofa comfortably.
"So, what do you want to talk about? If something's troubling you, maybe I can help."
As a father, it's my duty to consult my daughter. This is the perfect time for a father like me 'to shine'.
"No, Papa. I just want to asked where is Hinata onee-chan right now. She promised that she will teach me some sword technique actually." Rizu said with a smile.
But my expectations betrayed me. Looks like she's more fond to Hinata than me. Screw you, Ivarage. Because of you, I have no time to spend together with my daughter. Damn it!!
"Hoooohh" I exhale. Calm down, Rimuru, calm down. You don't have to be angry about it. I suppress my anger inside me, so that Rizu won't notice.
"Unfortunately, Hinata already back to her home country because of some problem she has to manage. She can't teach you some sword technique right now." I masked my inner irritation as I said this.
"Ohh. Is that so." Rizu said in a depressing tone.
"Don't be sad like that, Rizu. Hinata said she will teach you once the problem was solved. Besides, there's still Hakurou that will teach you some sword technique. That's why don't let yourself feel down. Okay!" I patted her head as I said this.
"Really! Okay." Rizu said cheerfully. I just replied with a simple smile.
