Annabeth's POV
Me and the seven were in bunker 9 celebrating the end of the war and the weird monster attack from earlier today. "There was something familiar about the woman. Almost like we met her before. If we heard her voice without the booming and doubling it might help?" I said.
"But how would that happen?" Jason asked. He was still pretty scratched up for today. His eyes were a little red too. Leo died after fighting Gaea when we re construction camp we made a plaque and space in the Hephaestus cabin in honor of him.
"We wait for another monster to attack and see if she shows up? Based on how At Midnight wants us to train, I'm guessing they sense another war coming." Everyone nodded. I started to hear the harpies in the distance. "Guys we should go, or we'll never make it back to the cabins." I stated. We headed out after that. We went the long way past the lake to make sure no one saw us. When we got there we heard voices.
"That sounds like Thesus, what are they doing here?"Piper asked. We all shrugged. He yelled at someone. I was able to get a quick glance at the group. It was the band plus Thalia. "Nova, can you teleport us back?" Casey asked what teleport I thought Nova didn't have powers or if anything was an unclaimed demigod.
Nova mumbled and with that they were gone. We stepped out from our hiding spot. "Okay I'm not the only one who saw that right, '' Percy asked. We all nodded. "Okay they're definitely hiding something." Percy said. Once a Seaweed Brain always a seaweed brain. "Kay you know what we tell no one about this, we act like nothing happened, and look out for anything strange?" Hazel suggested. "Sounds good," everyone mumbled.
We headed back to our cabins. When I got into bed I couldn't help but wonder What else are they hiding from us?
