Dahyun woke up early to get some exercise before she went to Taehyung's apartment to make him breakfast. She'd found a cute yoga studio nearby, and she was determined to pick up the habit of working out. New town, new habits.

As she stretched after ending the morning lesson, she heard a giggle behind her. "I'm sorry, I don't mean to laugh," the girl was radiant, with bright eyes and a stunning smile. "You're just so stretchy? A lot of people do yoga to become more flexible. Do you even need that?"

Dahyun laughed. "I do this because it comes easy to me," she explained. Her smile widened when the girl took a seat next to her mat.

"I'm Sana," the girl introduced herself, and Dahyun swore that she felt her heart beating out of her chest when Sana smiled.

"Dahyun," she reciprocated the introduction and sat up straight. "Your hair's amazing," she complimented. Though they'd just gone through a whole flow, Sana's shining pink hair was gorgeous, with no strays. "Who does it?"

"Oh, thank you," Sana smiled and ran her fingers through pink locks. "I did! I'm a stylist. I was going to say the same about your hair. The blue is so pretty."

"I'm thinking about changing it up soon," Dahyun admitted as she picked at her ends. It had been a long time and she was likely overdue for a cut.

Sana smiled. "You can always come to me! Do you want to go get a cup of coffee? I don't have work for another two hours," she offered as she brought herself to her feet.

Dahyun copied the action and rolled up her mat. "I have to get to work now. My boss should be waking up in about an hour or so, I don't want to be late."

"Okay," Sana pouted, and Dahyun had the urge to hug the pretty girl. "Well, let's at least exchange numbers. We can go out sometime," she squealed excitedly.

When Dahyun got to the apartment, Taehyung was already awake, sipping coffee on his couch. "Oh," Dahyun checked the clock and saw that it was only 7:52. "I'm so sorry, I thought you told me to prepare breakfast at 8."

Taehyung gulped down his coffee before shaking his head. "I did. I was only up early to see someone out the door," he said, and Dahyun felt her face flushing red when she processed what his words meant. To her dismay, Taehyung seemed amused by her reaction. "Why are you so red? It's not like you walked in this time."

Dahyun threw her hands up in surrender. "Please don't ever mention that again. Now," she clapped her hands together, as if to snap herself out of it. "What would you like for breakfast? I can prepare kimchi fried rice or chicken porridge."

"Surprise me, I'm fine with either," Taehyung stood up and began walking to his bedroom. "Now, I'm going to take a shower. Do me a favor and don't walk in."

"Hey," Dahyun gave him a frown, only for it to subside when Taehyung chuckled under his breath. Surprisingly to her, she actually found it to be quite a nice sound.

With a deep breath, she tied her hair up and began preparing the food. When she reached for a knife, she blinked when she found that the knives were different from the ones that had been there the night before. She pulled one out of the rack and raised her eyebrows when she saw that it was properly sharp. "Where did he get new knives in such a short notice?" She asked herself, smiling when it cleanly sliced through a cucumber.

Over the next couple days, the interactions between Dahyun and Taehyung were tame. Dahyun came to cook him food and cleaned up as she was required. Taehyung asked the occasional question and complimented her food. She was surprised to find that he was a lot more friendly than he came off to be the first time they met. Still professional, and a bit cold, but friendly enough.
