You: What's a Pokemon and what do you use the Pokedex for?
Oak: A Pokemon is a living creature, For Example: Charmander! He is a Pokemon and the Pokedex allows you to look at the stats of Pokemon and the names of them! Have a great adventure fellow - Your name - And hopefully we meet again
