BEEEEEP! BEEEEEEP! BEEEEP! BEEEEEEP!
You jump out of bed, startled by your alarm. Looking over at the wretched machine you see that it's already 10am. Screaming curses at yourself internally, you threw on a pair of pants and a sweater, and ran down the stairs. You turned on the news as you're making coffee, and sit down to watch once it's done.
Another victim was murdered. You closed your eyes and let out a frustrated sigh. You'll go crazy if this continues any longer. You sat there with your eyes closed for a while until something caught your attention. The murder took place on your street. Your eyes shot open, and you almost jumped up from the couch. Remembering last night, you wondered if the feeling was just a coincidence or not. Did you cheat death? You were grateful for being alive, but.. for how long, you wondered?
You decided to abandon your plans for that day, as they weren't all that important. What mattered to you now is researching and finding out as much as you could about this killer.
