It was December 13, 2020. And somehow the Gates siblings were in Dubai, in an afterparty from F1. Olivia had no clue how she ended up there, but she did. She was supposed to be watching Julliete, her little cousin and goddaughter , but somehow, her brothers dragged her to Dubai.
Olivia had nothing to complain about, she was able to watch the F1 finale, being a guest of the Red Bull racing team. Of course, all the drivers and team members were going to celebrate , and now it was 10:00 pm, and our dear Olivia was getting ready for the party. She didn't have much time, because her brothers were hurrying her up.

When the siblings arrived to the party, the first thing Olivia did was to look for Max, Charles and Pierre. The first one she found was Max, of course, Olivia knew Max was devastated by his result in the Championship, so she knew she needed to be there for her friend.
"Well well well, looks like T and T dragged you all the way from the States" said Max."You know them, they are really persuasive" Olivia said teasingly.
"Come here Liv, I missed you so fucking much, can't wait to see you almost every weekend for a year" Said Max , hugging Olivia.
" Well you know, if you keep saying it, there won't be such a thing" Said Olivia.
" You are rude Olivia Gates"
" You know I'm kidding Maxie, I missed you too."
After catching up and drinking with her friend, Olivia moved on and continued searching for Charles. After some time, she found him. He was with Pierre, George, Alex, and another guy who was unknown to the young girl.
" Is that a wild Charles and a wild Pierre?" Asked Olivia in a happy tone.
She loved those two. The trio knew each other since they were little. When the Gates moved to Monaco, her uncle Jules, made sure the siblings and their parents felt like home, so he presented the Leclerc's and Gasly's. They considered each other like family. All of them being there for each other and being the emotional support of one another.
" My god , Pierre, looks like we found a rare species, since we haven't seen or talked to a wild Olivia for ages!" Said Charles in an exaggerated tone.
" That's right Charles! I thought that wild Olivia forgot about us!" Said Pierre following Charles's game.
" Oh come on! You know I can never forget the two of you. Come here you whiny babies"
After they hugged Olivia moved on to greet the rest.
" Hi Alex" Olivia gave a warm hug to Alex, she knew he needed it after the shitty season and news he got.
Then she moved on to George.
" Hey George!" The American also gave a hug to the britain.
Olivia still didn't know who the boy that was with her friends was.
"Olivia, this is Lando, a F1 driver. Lando , this is Olivia, a F2 driver and our childhood friend" Said Charles
"Nice to meet you Olivia"
His voice was music for Olivia's ears. She couldn't put the pieces together, was he from the UK? He had an accent like it, but it wasn't strong like George's.
" Nice to meet you too, Lando"
Both of them reached to give each other a hug.
The party went on, and Olivia and Lando were getting to know each other better, the two of them getting along pretty well and pretty quickly. Olivia and Lando shared one thing, they didn't drink. Lando didn't because he wasn't keen to do it, and Olivia was underaged, only being 19. it was stupid to think that Olivia had never drunk in her life, she always went to parties. But, since she knew that her new boss , and competitors were in the same party, she decided to take it easy.
When the clock reached 5:00 am, Olivia noticed her siblings were gone, when she checked her phone she saw a lot of missed texts and calls from them. This was the sign that it was time to go.
" Lando, I had an amazing time with you, you are a really funny and likable guy, and it's not that I don't want to be with you, but I have to leave. My brother's are looking for me, and I know they are worried sick. I'm really really sorry. " Said Olivia
" Hey , don't worry Liv, you don't need to apologize, it's ok! Want me to drive you to your hotel?" Asked the Brit.
" Sure! Thank you "
With that the both left. It was a great day for both of them. When they arrived, Lando, being the gentleman he is , opened the door for her.
" M'lady"
"Thank you young sir. "
"Will I see you soon?"
" Sooner than you expect Mr. Lando Norris, and again, thank you for everything! It was an amazing night."
" Thank you Olivia"
With that they hugged , and Olivia went to her room. All she could think about was if her bond with Lando would change on track, she knew she was getting ahead, so she took a breath and did what she needed to do. She calmed her brother's down and went to bed .
