"J... I brought you pizza. You don't have to cook today." Jimin said, placing pizzas on the counter, and Jin passed him a small smile. "I'm home" Jungkook announced his arrival, and his gaze landed on Jimin, who was already looking at him. They smiled shyly, and Jungkook washed his hands to sit at the table.

Jin asked how his day was. They talked for a while then Jin went back to his room after eating a little. Both youngers were worried for his health. "I think, J's omega has gone in extreme guilt..." Jimin says looking at Jungkook, who just nods.

Jimin sees how Jungkook's face fell. He decides not to talk about this with Jungkook, as the alpha also feels guilty towards both of them. 'I will have to do something!'

He looks at Jungkook determined. He was so in his thoughts that he didn't hear alpha calling for him. "Hello... Yeah Hyungnim... Yeah... Jimin is lost in thoughts.."

"Who are you talking to..." Jimin finally noticed him on the call. "Your hyung was calling, and you weren't answering it, so I picked up the call." Jungkook tells him, and Jimin sighs tiredly before taking his mobile back.

"Hello Hyung..."
"Jimin, have Jungkook ever scented you?" Jimin's cheek started turning pink, and Jungkook can only guess what Jhope is talking about.

Hobi remembers Jungkook telling him somewhere in their rather emotional conversation, but now he wasn't sure if he remembers it right.

"Yes... Once he did it by mistake... Why?" Jimin whisper asked. He stood up to go to his room, leaving Jungkook confused.

🐿️"I was just thinking there are so many of coincidences between you two. So may be Jungkook is really your destined mate."
🐥"Hyung... You know what.. I recently started smelling Mr. Jeon, even through suppressants."

Jimin said, kind of proud and relived. Jhope chuckled on the other side. "I'll be so happy if Jungkook is your true mate." Jhope says.

🐥"Hyung... Didn't you say, our wolves find their true mates but not always... doesn't our heat gets triggered by them only?"
🐿️"If an omega doesn't find their true mate, their heat cycle eventually starts when they are 27... Otherwise it gets triggered by the true mate very soon."

Jimin was contemplating to say his next words "Then... Even when Mr. Jeon has scented me already, why didn't my heat get triggered... Does this mean..."

"Don't worry baby... If your heart belongs to Jungkook, your omega will settle with you. It's common to marry the one you love. Not everyone gets their destined mates." Jhope said carefully, but Jimin has always wanted to wait for his true mate.

In old times, it used to be just destined couples, but nowadays, things have changed. People now get married, then if they don't like the bond, they get divorced, and then marry again. It has become common for last 2 decades.

But still there are some wolves that devotedly wait for their true mates. Like Jin & Namjoon are true mates. Jin's heat got triggered very early by Namjoon's scent. They were just 16 & 19 at that time. Namjoon's rut wasn't going to start till 24 if he hadn't found his mate.

Just like that Yoongi & Hoseok are true mates. They didn't start it off early though. "Don't be disheartened Jimin. Yoongi didn't trigger my heat for 3 years. But I was 22 when I finally got my first heat. And I finally knew Yoongi is my true mate. But we were already dating at that time."

Jhope was 19 when he met 20 yrs old Yoongi in the college. Their scents were compatible from the very start. They became boyfriends within 1 year. And when Hobi was 22, his heat got triggered. They officially got married at the age of 23, 24.
