New school and icecream

Sorry this took so long to get out. I went camping thIs weekend.

Arizona's POV.
I wake up and I don't realize where I am. Then I see Olivia sitting a couple of beds away. I sit up and go next to her. I scared her because she was facing the other way.

"Hey, Ari your dad says if you want to see your school. We have to leave now." She says pulling me into a hug. "Does dad have to come?" I ask resting my head on her shoulder. "Not unless you want him to. You know you'll have to talk to him sooner or later." She says sighing. "I think I'll choose later." I say standing up. "Ready to go, my little ladybug?" She asks. "Sure," I said.

We walk out of the cribs and down the stairs. We past dad's office and Olivia smiles at him and keeps walking, I on the other hand frown and walk a little faster to catch up to Olivia. I grab her hand and we walk to the school as it is a couple blocks away.

When we get there I see a man in a suit like my dads but his is more businesslike. "Hello Commissioner, Miss Reagan," Olivia says walking up to him and a girl about 15. I stand behind her and look at my shoes. "Hello detective Benson, and I didn't know you had a daughter." He says. The girl standing next to him has short brown hair and brown eyes. She is wearing a uniform. Man I hope this school doesn't have uniforms.

"I don't actually, this is Captain Cragen's temporary daughter. Her name is Arizona Brooklyn. Something came up and he asked me if I would take her to tour the school." She says politely. He looks over at me and smiles. I smile back and he laughs. I feel so small compared to Olivia and the girl and the Commissioner. Even the girl is at least 5-8 inches taller than me.

"This is a very good school. It teaches manners, benevolence, respect, assertiveness and responsibility." He says. "As well as the core classes," he adds. why would dad send me here? Maybe he's trying to send me hints. Oh well.

"Arizona is a very bright child, and well behaved." Olivia says wrapping an arm around me and I blush and look down again. "I have to get Nicky back to my dad. He's watching all the kids..." He starts but Nicky interrupts. "Grandpa, I don't need him to watch me, have him watch Sean and Jack." "Nicole, it's not my decision. And even if it was I wouldn't let you stay home. Your mother's word is final. Let's go." He says nodding his good bye to Olivia, smiles at me and keeps walking.

"That is the commissioner and his granddaughter. He recommended this school to your dad." Olivia says chuckling as we walk up to the doors. I run ahead and open the door for Olivia. I go through the door and see a man in a suit and tie. "Arizona Brooklyn?" He asks. "that'd be me." I say holding my hand out to shake his. He accepts and look to Olivia. "The captain had something come up, I'm Detective Olivia Benson." Olivia says shaking his hand. "I'm Steven Verhoff, but the students call me Mr. Verhoff," he introduces himself. "I have your schedule and your assignment book. Here at Reagan Private School we like all of our girls to be well rounded leaders of tomorrow." I nod and he shows me around the school. "All your classes will be on the first floor except for your math class." He says showing me each class. "All of you teachers are here but one so you can meet them. Here's your schedule so I want to see if you can get around. Oh and I see you have a boot on. We have an elevator that you can use." He says and I nod and look at my schedule.

1st period: mathematics (geometry) with Mrs. Siefert
2nd period: advanced science with Mrs. Huber
3rd&4th period: advanced language arts with Mrs. Sutton.
5th period: lunch
6th period: social studies with mrs. Kirchens
7th period:
A week: art with mrs. Elliot
B week: gym with mr. Renegado
C week:choir, mrs. Honer-Sherman
D week: elective mr. Murray.
8th period: etiquette/study hall with Mrs. Siefert
