"Dahyun."
She dropped the ball, "Jimin went to the grocery." She said and picked up the ball. "No, I didn't come here to ask for him. "For what? Did I misplace something from your kitchen? Sorry. What is it? I'll find it." She threw the ball back in the basket. "No, you did not."
"Oh, then what? Did Jeongyeon tell you something and pass to me?" She asked. "No, I'll just go ahead." He said, Dahyun took a deep breath and spoke before Jungkook could walk away. "Can we talk?" She asked and gulped. "About what?" It took her a while before she could respond. "What happened?" She closed her eyes controlling herself from bursting. "What happened?" Jungkook repeated, she heard him snickered. "What happened... I don't know, you were the one who decided. Why don't you ask youself that question?" Dahyun slowly turned to face him. "Now tell me clearly. What you want, so I could move on. So I could do what I want to do?"
"What do you want?" Dahyun asked him back. "Move on?" Dahyun silently exhaled, "Okay, you're free. If that's what you want." She tried her best to smile. "So..." She gulped, "Have a nice life." She walked away. "Nain is my friend." She stopped when she heard that from him. "Good for you, you're making friends. And I can tell that you like her, you look good together." Dahyun continued to walk away.
—
She locked herself in her room and she keep taking deep breaths, she never wanted to cry... "Don't cry." She told herself. She's thankful that this time, they won't be joining in eating dinner. Jeongyeon was feeling a little unwell, Jimin went to play games all the time and Jungkook seemed to fall asleep.
"How can he fall asleep? I won't be able to do that now." She got out quietly and went to the lounge. "No one's here." She went to see what's inside the frige. "They have beer?" She took a can of it and went to the mini library upstairs. "What book can we read?" She browsed the shelves. "Podcast?"
She turned it on, "Oh, nice." She listened to a story while drinking until she fell asleep in there.
—
"Dahyun??? Have you seen her?" Jimin asked Jeongyeon. "Never seen her since yesterday afternoon."
"I knocked on her door, I peeked on her window. No one's there. Can you call her?"
"Why? Do you need anything?" Jeongyeon asked him. "No? But we're responsible for her while Jin is not here."
"You are, Jin didn't know I'm here. Right? You didn't tell him, right?" Jimin shook his head. "But aren't you worried where she went???"
"Chill, I'm calling her. It's not like you're her boyfriend." Jeongyeon dialed her number, "It's just ringing."
"I'm thirsty, keep calling her." Jimin walked away, "That guy, who does he think he is?" Jeongyeon followed him. "I hear something ringing." They both stopped after entering the lounge. "Shh." Jimin looked up. "Library!" He rushed going up, they saw her sleeping on the chair while the podcast was still playing. "Beer??? Since when did she learn how to drink!?" Jeongyeon approached her. "Ya! Kim Dahyun! Wake up."
"Don't be too harsh???" Jimin told her, Jeongyeon rolled her eyes. "Kim Dahyun." She tapped her shoulder. "Hmm?" She slowly opened her eyes. "What are you doing??? You drank???"
"H-huh?" She sat up straight. "Y-yeah... I did."
"Jeez, I think this is never your thing! Get up, go to your room. Wash up, you smell... Ugh." Jeongyeon covered her nose. "S-sorry." Dahyun got up and went down. She's feeling dizzy and her head hurts, she went to her room and flopped on the couch. "No... I hate this." She closed her eyes.
—
Jungkook got up and went out of his room, but then he noticed Dahyun's door was open. He stared at it for a while and went to the bathroom.
