𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐓𝐋𝐄 𝐆𝐈𝐑𝐋 who was actually a demon, began hurling kunais at you at a inhuman speed. Fortunately, you were very quick, and as you pulled out your sword, your blade cut through them mid air. The demon moved closer to you, throwing her kunais at a faster pace but you continued to block and dodge them with ease. You were asked your name, the child saying she wanted to know the name of her new 'toy.'
Although you ignored her and distracted the demon to give Tanjiro the opportunity to sneak her, it failed because for whatever reason he felt the needed to announce his presence. So he shouted his full name and got the attention of the little demon, who immediately sent kunais at him. He of course dodged but was unable to achieve a sneak attack now.
When he was at your side, he caught a glimpse of your expression which showed you were not at all impressed, and very unamused. He simply rubbed the back of his neck and gave an apologetic look, which you ignored and focused your attention on the demon.
"Her kunais are sharp enough to pierce straight through skin," you informed both him and Kanao, who you knew to be standing on your other side. "I'm sure she can use it to control whatever it penetrates."
"How smart!" The child demon spoke in a tone that was similar to sarcasm. "Perhaps those human eyes don't fully fail you." She then laughed sadistically. "You will make a perfect toy. I might even keep you for a while. My most prized position. A foreign doll. Never had one before."
Her words caused your brows to narrow before you took a deep breath to calm your nerves. "Attack from all sides. Try to synchronize and corner her." You left little room for a reply in your instructions. On your signal, all three of you launched yourselves at the demon. She shot out kunais from each angle, which you each reflected.
The demon frowned like a child and whined. "This game isn't fun anymore." A different set of kunais fell from the sleeves of her kimono and into her hands. These appeared different, they weren't red but instead, a toxic shade of green.
Instead of hurling them at you, she send them at two trees. As soon as the trees were touched by it, the green substance glowed and crawled on the skin of the tree. Mere seconds later, the trees exploded and sent sharp wood flying rapidly in every direction.
Kanao used her blade to cut each peace and shield herself. Her eyes glanced over to see Tanjiro struggling, specifically at on largely sharp piece of wood heading straight for his eye. She quickly pushed him out of the way, just for a cluster more to be coming at her faster than she could expect.
