How much further will you let this all go away Inspector? How much longer will people have to die for you to be happy? Those people killed in the car. Were they always meant to die? Those people in that car? As the gas canister I held was empty, not a drop left to be spilled. And the people in the cars burned. It's hard to imagine a world without terror.
"Life is short.......Fragile........." I watched the people's skin melt off of their face. Horrified, disgusted by what I have done, and what I have become. "I shattered that life for you." A smile formed on my lips......I could see it.....Happiness...Pure bliss as a result of my own creation......Something that others couldn't achieve...I've now gotten what I wanted......I put down the canister....... "The world has never seemed so bright to me......" I get closer to the car....with the bodies now charred to a crisp and I put my hand against it. "............Never felt so warm." My black gloves just creaked against the glass which was the only thing keeping me from the fire that now looked contained and ready to burst out of the car. I back away while picking the can back up and leaving it behind.
"Never felt so.........Proud."
I turned back to confirm that the deed was complete as the car blew up into millions of pieces. At first it was a blinding sight indeed, but that didn't stop it from feeling that much sweeter.
"Never felt so happy."
