If it was Red Dawn:
Honestly, grab my dad's old gear, grab my 270 bolt-action, grab ammo, and gather up everyone that will hold a weapon and join me as I would either then bring war to the enemy or I would wait where i live for them to come over and try something.
Normal War:
If it was normal war, I would try to volunteer unless they draft me which is also possible
Fandom War:
This one you should go check out in the story that i have since you'll all hopefully will like it.
