School ended. I'm quite nervous about tomorrow... I will be meeting the basketball team! Anyway, I reached home. I saw my Grandmother making dinner. I put down my bag and head over to the dinner table. "Grandma, you should go and rest. You look tired," I said with concern. "Alright alright," My grandmother said and smiled. After fifteen minutes, I had finished my dinner and went to the sink to wash my plate. After that, I went to the bathroom to shower. Ten minutes later, I changed into my pajamas and headed to bed.
-------------------The next day-------------------
My alarm clock rang. I woke up. I checked the time. It was 6.05 a.m. I got up, showered, changed my clothes, and went downstairs to eat my breakfast. After eating, I waved goodbye to my grandmother and walked to college.
---------------------At College---------------------
After a few minutes, I had finally reached college. I walked in and saw Justin and Regie talking. Justin saw me and signaled me to come. "Okay, so we are meeting the team later at 10.00 a.m!" Justin reminded me. "Why...." I whined. "Relax! It's only 6.20 a.m. Plus, we get to make new friends." Regie said with excitement. "Yeah, what Regie said!" Justin agreed with Regie. I sighed. "Fine..." I added. "Great! Now, what do you guys want to do?" Justin asked. I shrugged. "How about we go to the canteen table to sit and talk instead of standing because it's hurting my leg!" Regie said as he rolled his eyes. Justin and I chuckled.
----------------At the cafeteria-------------------
We found an empty table and sat down. Justin looked to his right and saw someone. He turned back to face us. "Hey guys, look! It's the team!" Justin whispered. "The basketball team?" Regie asked. "Yeah, it looks like they're looking for me..." Justin said with an annoyed face. I snickered. "You know what? Let's go somewhere else." Regie and I followed Justin who got up and went to an empty classroom. "Wait Justin, why didn't you say hi to them? they seem cool!" Regie asked Justin. "They can be annoying most of the time. Plus, we are seeing them later on." Justin answered. "Anyway, let's just chat here!" Justin suggested.
----------------A few hours later-----------------
"Guys! look! it's 9.51 a.m, let's go meet the team!" Regie said as excitement filled his voice. Ryan felt fearful of what they would think of him. The three of them head to the basketball court connected to their school. On their way, Ryan started to overthink. Justin noticed, in hopes of making Ryan feel better, Justin patted Ryan's shoulders. "It'll be okay!" Justin comforted him.
----------------When they arrived---------------
Ryan's hand were trembling but he listened to Justin's words and that made him feel much better. They started to introduced themself (Regie and Ryan). After introducing, Ryan was glad that he didn't stuttered.
